Dean Caras and Carissa Meyer did outstanding work on my behalf after I was involved in a motorcycle accident. I sustained significant injuries. I had a legal question and called Kreisman Law Offices. I spoke directly to Bob Kreisman. He was extremely personable and answered my question. He didn’t rush me. I thought that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced as a lawyer. As it turned out I didn’t need a lawyer, but I appreciated the time he took to talk to me. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of by someone who is suppose to be looking out for my best interest. I was in a car accident I was already in a wheelchair when I had to endure another spinal cord surgery. When I first went to his office with my sister I was told going to court and asking for more money would always be an option. I later was told that was untrue because there was no more money I could get. I later agreed to put up $4902 of my own dollars to have Medicare allow me more money. I later was told we got you $9000 more, but never received the money I put up of my own. Not till after the fact that I was reaching out and being ignored was I told that the $9000 included the $4,902 I had put up. I have the statement that states the holdback for medical hardship appeal interest rate. But never received a statement stating I was being reimbursed for this. If that was the case then you didn’t get me $9000 more. I had made an appointment with them over this issue told them that I couldn’t be talking during the day because I had started a new job he then proceeded to call me repeatedly trying to bully me out of my meeting that’s when I knew he had no intentions of paying me.
