Found this firm, knew the name from Al. remember hearing about him and found the firm. They are quick to answer and they call me every once and a while to give me updates on my case. Working with an associate at the firm Joe, he's a nice guy. Met a few of their other associates or paralegals and they're professional. If you go there during COVID, make sure to bring a mask. Clean office with plentiful hand sanitizer and a clean waiting area

By far the WORST ATTORNEY EVER. He only has 1 star because Google reviews makes you give at least one otherwise he'd have none! I highly recommend using Mr. Robert Langendorf for your personal injury needs. This guy is nothing but a joke. He's unprofessional, unresponsive, unreliable and untrustworthy. His receptionist is snooty and arrogant. He wasted 2 years of my time and as my new attorney confirmed, this joke basically did nothing with my case. So glad I fired him!

The entire staff was great! This was the first time that I have ever worked with a law firm and it was a great experience. They did all of the work. I was only responsible for going to my doctors visits and getting better after my car accident. I am so happy that I hired Jason Marks & am completely 100% satisfied with my experience with him, & his entire staff. Mr. Marks is extremely knowledgeable about Workers Comp cases, & he & his staff are very professional, courteous & caring. Originally I had hired another firm in Chicago that although they are one of the largest firms in Chicago, & I had hired the owner, & he said he would take great care of my case, I was immediately passed off to an attorney with no experience. I was informed the reason is because all their junior attorneys work is overseen by the senior lawyers in the firm. Well, that is not what I signed up for & it ended up being a complete disaster & my case was totally lost in the shuffle! This meant my case had dragged out for 18 months with nothing being accomplished! Not so with Jason Marks. I hired Damon for what turned out to be a rather rough ordeal regarding an aggressive dog bite. This lawsuit became a bit of a nightmare, but NOT due to Damon. I was recently in a car accident and fractured my right wrist, I am a dance teacher so needless to say this was very hard trying to to recover and work with a fractured wrist. Disappointing. I really had high hopes based on the online search, but I now know firsthand that the posted reviews are not reliable. When I met with the lawyer, I was told my case should take no longer than six weeks to finalize. Well, that was a joke. It took nearly an entire year! In the beginning, for the entire first month, I didn't hear a word from anyone at the office. I wouldn't be surprised if they hadn't even looked at my case during that time. As time went on, there were numerous weeks that passed where I wondered if they were even working on my case or if they had tossed it to the side. I felt like I was always the one contacting them to receive updates. They are terrible at communicating and I was always left wondering what was going on with my case. When I ask for any new information, sometimes I never even received a response. Other times, the responses made me feel like it was just a line they gave to keep me at bay for another week or two. Overall, I'm just extremely disappointed with the service I received and the way the lawyers at this office dragged out my case.
