I would not recommend this law firm. They charge too much money and there are better firms, attorneys in Will County. Mr. Tomczak has a big ego since he used to be the State's Attorney. He is not well liked by most of the prosecutors and that is not a good thing. Do some careful research and due diligence prior to retaining a firm. Also, google the Riley Fox case and you'll learn that Tomczak cost the taxpayers millions of dollars by putting Riley's father, Kevin, in jail for murder he didn't; commit. He is a has been. Plus he's gating older and a bit senile, from what I've heard.

Colin is a great attorney but just as importantly a very kind, great guy. I felt so protected and was treated like family. His very competent, hardworking assistant Jolie, was also a joy to deal with and we had a few light moments working through all the records which helped my stress level.
