Clearly, this law firm does not care too much about people. I made 4 calls over the span of a month and the only return call I got was from the receptionist, who asked me for basic information regarding the case I was hoping to start. Murphy and associates plc were addressing a injury case that I had. But our relationship was cut short due to a unforeseen clash of conflict of interest. I was referred to Preston Cecil by a prominent and well respected local attorney that couldn't take my very unusual property case. This was no run of the mill property line dispute and I had been dropped in the middle of a Find-a-Grave nightmare. At times, I was truly in fear that the family that came out of the woodwork that never knew the land existed until after I bought it might try to harm me or my family. He worked with the other party so she could visit a family cemetery with her attorney present and my family and I would not feel in danger. He even offered to be here with me while she was on my property. Things have since calmed down--for the time being. I am still expecting backlash from this distant relative.
