I would definitely recommend everyone to come see Joseph Bruno Junior. If they are having a problem finding a lawyer this was a very great experience with him. This was my first ever lawsuit and i must say, Mr.Shlosman was very helpful, nice and on top of everything. His assistant Ms.Donna was also very helpful. Whenever i called she answered, directed me on things i should do and if any extras information was needed she called me right away and told me. IF YOU WERE INJURED OFFSHORE CALL THE YOUNG FIRM NOW!!!! I had the pleasure of working with the young firm! When I was injured the only fault that was mine was not speaking with them sooner! I researched attorneys for a couple of years after my accident all over the U.S. Many of them did not seem to be interested in my well being but more of how it will benefit them. I was very happy to find one of the best attorneys right here in New Orleans. From my first contact with Tim I felt very comfortable and knew I found the right person. Tim did so much for me even before I even decided to hire him. His whole staff have taken a very important interest in me making sure I knew everything that is going on with my case and going above and beyond answering any questions I have. In closing hiring an attorney is always a scary thing but hiring Tim Young and his firm has by-far been one of the best decisions I have ever made. If you have any doubts about hiring an attorney put your mind at ease and just call and you will find out he is a real person before an attorney.

Do NOT let this team represent you for anything. Poor communication and false advertising. If you lose the case whatever they want to charge you if you lose, you will be held responsible. The lawyer Danielle Smith paid us no attention she was more focused on her wedding. Stuck us with a bill of 11,000. Have been reaching out to news media and other lawyers. Morris Bart office has not tried to fix anything and claim they have tried. They have not even reached out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Lawyer did not try at yall. But GOD sits high and look Low. NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT PLEASE STOP LYING. .

This is the absolute worst office I could have ever reached out to. Not only were they not helpful but the service I received from one of their paralegals, Bambi Christensen was completely insulting and unprofessional to say the least. She ignored my phone calls for over a week and did not even bother returning my call until I spoke with someone else at the office regarding my case. There’s a certain level of professionalism that should be displayed when dealing with clients. There’s also a level of respect that should be required when dealing with people. It’s very simple. Treat people like people. If I could rate this office lower than one star, I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!

I first was introduced to this firm last year from an on the television. I called one morning , and I was able to speak to Andrew Geiger in the first call. He took time out and met with me that very day. Anytime, I call or email, I have always had a quick response and have been informed of the status of my case through the entire process. Everyone from the receptionist to assistants are always courteous, prompt and attentive when visiting or calling. Recently, I had to call upon the firm for another case. The moment I called and explained the accident , Andrew put things in motion. His assistant called for information and my legal protection and health and wellness was top priority. I have worked with other firms and it has been almost impossible to talk to counsel on days. This is not the case at Allan Berger and Associates.
