I first met Len over 10 years ago when we were opposing counsel in a personal injury case he brought on behalf of a seriously injured plaintiff. From a defense attorney's perspective, I was so impressed with his thoughtful representation and his professionalism, that I have since referred several injured clients and acquaintances to him. I would not hesitate to refer a family member or valued client to Len, as I know they will be in great hands. In my mind, the best compliment an attorney may receive is to obtain a referral from a former adversary in the courtroom.

Lenny and his team are amazing. They went above and beyond to help me through a very difficult time after being involved in a motorcycle accident. Lenny listened to the account of my accident and immediately began working on the case. His staff handled all my medical bills and treatments even getting the cost(s) of treatments lowered when the insurance company wouldn't pay. Lenny was well educated on my injuries. He presented a well researched, documented and persuasive argument. We ultimately prevailed after mediation failed to produce an agreeable result. I cannot say enough about the quality and care I received from Lenny and the amazing group of professionals he employs. I recommend him often!

After explaining what happened to me. Intake from the receptionist, she called back hours later and said I have no case and that I caused my arm to get burned while holding my child. As if she was there and knows what happened. I didn’t argue with her, just simply said I’ll leave a review. She (the receptionist) and her firm, “victim blamed” me which is very unprofessional. I have since then sought out a new law firm who is very much interested in my case. Sorry not sorry Sprada...

I went to Parker and Scheer two years ago when I was hit riding my bicycle in NYC. This was a difficult and helpless time. Surgery was required and I didn't have health insurance. I had never been through anything like this before and didn't know where to turn. I was referred to Eric Parker and suddenly a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. Eric got right to work with guiding me through the process. This included face to face meetings, preps before appointments and debriefs after IME's. His thoroughness, candor and management of the process made a time in my life that may have seemed overwhelming, seamless and manageable. Now, two years later I have received my settlement and have made a full recovery. David was my attorney in a law suit. He is someone that I would recommend highly. It was the first time that I was involved in a court matter. David was easy to speak with. He was patient and calming. During the process which lasted over a year he was always available. He always kept his appointments, would take a call or return a message that day and if you need to meet he would fit you into his calendar in day or two. He took time to fully understand the matter at hand and the history of what happened. He is knowledgeable and clarified what was or was not pertinent to the case and explained why information was pertinent or was not pertinent by explaining the law and precedents relative to the matter. He counseled us with options when we came to decision points. In the end it was a very positive outcome. Again, I would highly recommend David.

David Dwork did a phenomenal job for us! We were sued by a company whose had a vendetta against one of us. After several rounds (winning then losing), the company sued us individually. Of course they had vastly more funds than we did. That's when we found David -- and we're so glad we did! He was able to make make the case for us such that we won and the final suits were dismissed. My elderly uncle was struck by a car and injured. Attorney Tim Lynch obtained a policy limits recovery of $100,000 from the driver's insurance company without filing suit AND negotiated away most of the medical liens on the recovery. It was a fantastic result. The money will make a significant difference in paying for my uncle's care.

Swartz & Lynch helped us with an unscrupulous merchant. They'd quoted a set dollar amount to do boat repairs and when it came time to pickup the boat, the bill was almost twice as they'd quoted! The repair shop in Marblehead, MA claimed it was a "difficult job" (they all are!) Atty Lynch came to our rescue and after some calls and a demand letter, and a meeting was able to reduce the bill to a much more palatable amount. I highly recommend Swartz & Lynch.
