I went to Parker and Scheer two years ago when I was hit riding my bicycle in NYC. This was a difficult and helpless time. Surgery was required and I didn't have health insurance. I had never been through anything like this before and didn't know where to turn. I was referred to Eric Parker and suddenly a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how this law firm handled our case. They are far from responsive, their secretary will ALWAYS tell you “Oh they’re in a meeting right now, can they call you back” and you will NEVER get a call back. Swartz & Lynch helped us with an unscrupulous merchant. They'd quoted a set dollar amount to do boat repairs and when it came time to pickup the boat, the bill was almost twice as they'd quoted! The repair shop in Marblehead, MA claimed it was a "difficult job" (they all are!) Atty Lynch came to our rescue and after some calls and a demand letter, and a meeting was able to reduce the bill to a much more palatable amount. I highly recommend Swartz & Lynch.
