I was a victim of a slip and trip accident at a prominent casino. 4 other firms turned down my case. Mr. Smith was my last chance. I am glad I made the call to him when I did. If you want the real truth about this office. Just read the lowest reviews on here, all else are paid and employees input. This is what is coined as a settlement mill. They intake thousands of cases, and settle them rapidly. Another word, they're not going to advocate in your defense as attorneys supposed to. But settle for as little as possible to wrap up the case, and deduct their undeserved high portion. You will experience lack of communication, unprofessionalism from staff who can barely speak English. You will be disrespected, and that stems from the mannerism coming from the top. As one reviewer stated, don't stay away from this place, run as fast and far away from this place.

This man and his staff likes to take advantage of people who are in vulnerable situations and people who unfortunately, may not fully understand the law. They lie to their clients and lack integrity. Daniel Moloney is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He argued with me because one of his employees failed to do their job and because I simply wanted someone to be held accountable.
