This man and his staff likes to take advantage of people who are in vulnerable situations and people who unfortunately, may not fully understand the law. They lie to their clients and lack integrity. Daniel Moloney is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He argued with me because one of his employees failed to do their job and because I simply wanted someone to be held accountable. Would not recommend!

Unfortunately my opinion of this firm after working with them is that they lack honesty, integrity, respect, and professionalism. After being yelled at on the phone when asking for an update on my case (after a year of my calls being dodged) I switched attorneys and ended up with a far better experience and settlement.

I was referred to ChasenBoscolo from a professional colleague. I can truly say I had angels watching over me with everything I have gone through in last 18 months. The accident took place at my work. It caused me not to have a full function physically with walking every day. I guess simple fall can be very bad when you are in your 40s. You don't recover well. I did not anticipate not recovering from it. I used to be an athlete. My work made me believe that all my time off came from my personal leave not from Workman's Compensation. David Snyder is my most personable and caring attorney. He was very through of all my rights and the medical treatment I should receive. I guess David could see and anticipate my recovery. Certain things that I did not. David defended me all the way from getting penalty fees from Judge because my non responsive claims adjuster that would not even respond to my physical treatment authorizations in a timely manner. Let me explain, "timely manner" not the next business day or week. We are talking couple months. David is incredibly persistent and passionate. During our busy days, we would play phone tags and he would still make time for me after 8:30 after putting his son to bed. Even During this Pandemic due to COVID-19. I was represented by the firm for a workers compensation case, these cases take time especially when it results in surgery and prolonged medical or therapy treatments. I have never had this sort of case before and I didn't to know what to expect so there were many unknowns, but I did expect to know details, have thorough communication and premier preparedness before, during and after all hearings. I suggest that you (the client) make a list of your questions and make it clear that you want details of how your case is going to be processed, tell the firm that you want each step explained to you in layman terms so that you know and understand what is being done, the reason why its being done that way and what is next in the chain of events. I suggest that you keep records of your questions and all communication responses that you receive, (date and time of any and all calls/emails/messages/documents, your questions asked and answers if given) If you don't do this you will find yourself in many unpleasant situations without proof of what you were told. I suggest that you do your research as well. You need to know what the laws/rules/protection/processing of your type of case in your state. Communication with explanation is very important and understanding what is going on and what the other side is going to try to get you to settle for, be educated to the game, .... you have to be happy with the future, SO NEVER settle for less than you should, Know Your Value and What Your Body Injuries Are Worth there is a body part injury scale that is used to determine the price for each body part and its best to know your percentage of disability as determined by your evaluating physician. Insist on full and timely communication with explanations and nothing less. Some of this was satisfactory and some of it was not... I hope knowing this information will prepare clients no matter what their case type might be and firm in their servicing of all clients.

I spoke to Ryan Foran about 2 weeks ago about a settlement offer a relative of mine received and and wanted to know if he could assist in getting a higher settlement. Eventually, he tells me that I want someone to work for free....??? I paused for a moment and told him that I was calling for a consultation and he was free to tell me that he couldn't be of service at any time. The "conversation" ended shortly after that. I'm glad that he didn't offer to take the case because he was extremely rude not only with his words but also with his tone (he seemed to be in a hurry and kept cutting me off). I wouldn't suggest that anyone work with an attorney that's going to treat you however. If they take your case, they're the ones who are supposed to be helping you. If they don't want the case, all they have to do is say so. It's also a bad look on his firm because he shares the same last name as the firm. I never looked at the website but I think it's safe to assume that he's one of the two named partners. Not the best representative.

Mr Ryan Foran is very professional and knows the law I was impressed how he gets direct the issue and points out the law in my accident where other lawyer I've had was unable so it makes it easier for your issue to be addressed and resolved to me that a smart way to handle a case very honest lawyer and shows he care about his customer he will return your calls to me very important so when that matter you call for is still fresh is on your mind so it can be addressed properly. When you are a client they take VERY long to return your calls if they even return your calls. They do not keep you updated. I don't know before when I looked for them they felt like they were on top of everything. But the next 2 times felt like they just didn't put much time into our case. With that said they do work with you and try to fit into your schedule also their chiropractic is really recommended.

If you want the real truth about this office. Just read the lowest reviews on here, all else are paid and employees input. This is what is coined as a settlement mill. They intake thousands of cases, and settle them rapidly. Another word, they're not going to advocate in your defense as attorneys supposed to. But settle for as little as possible to wrap up the case, and deduct their undeserved high portion. You will experience lack of communication, unprofessionalism from staff who can barely speak English. You will be disrespected, and that stems from the mannerism coming from the top. As one reviewer stated, don't stay away from this place, run as fast and far away from this place.
