In dealing with my work-related injury, Nathan Miller showed great professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy as it pertained to my case. Nate would also keep me updated regularly as to what was happening, and gave sound advice as how I should proceed. Our claim should’ve been relatively simple, but there were a number of issues that unnecessarily complicated it. If you really need someone to get what you FULLY deserve in an accident..don't use this firm.. Use Sam Bernstein down state as this company really short changed my mother on her settlement as they evidently can't hold out against bigger lawyers. They cave too fast.

i recently had this office represent me in a ssi disabilty case. this was the only attorneys office that would take my case so it was not my first choice. i removed 1 star because of poor and mis-information that was provided. i removed a second star because the attorney did not offer to request a emergency hearing because that i was a risk of utility shut off and mortgage forclosure. the office people at the ssi office gave me more information than the attorney. i also removed a 3rd star because of the certified letter that they mailed me to remind to leave a online review.

Both Todd Trucks and Tammy Cameron were in contact with me constantly keeping me updated, they both of them made sure I had their office number and cell phone numbers. I highly recommend Paul Janes at Gruel Mills Nims & Pylman. Paul and his team were very attentive and made it easy for me to focus on getting back to normal while they worked out the details with my insurance company. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have survived a horrible car accident, and during a time when I didn’t even know if I would be able to walk again without assistance, Paul and his team were there for me if I had any questions or needed guidance with the PIP portion of my insurance. On top of that, they did an outstanding job presenting the facts to my insurance company to get the max benefit on the underinsured portion of my auto policy. Thank you!

He suggested we reduce our request and I tourney did not go down very much. So the other party offered very little and it was over. No agreements between parties. However that it would not his problem. He made the suggestion. However in his letter to attend he did not tell me there was free parking downstairs 2 hours of parking cost $15 in Grand Rapids. So he is going to suggest they start adding it to their letters to people being invited for mediation.

I hired Bill after my 13 year old daughter was hurt very badly in a car accident. I never write reviews on anything, but in this case, it is deserving! Bill has been very professional and honest from the get go till the end, and even till this very moment after my case is done and settled. He is everything an attorney that you would want on your side. He was honest about where he thought my case would go, he did not make promises or expectations he didn't feel we could achieve, I do feel certain all the leg work in my case was done and looked into properly. He was extremely patient with me when I was not understanding of certain laws. I'm really satisfied with the outcome and I have no regrets. Do not hesitate if your on the fence about hiring Bill, He knows what he's doing!!! Best of the best in my opinion. Something also needs to be said about Patty, she is amazing! My wife and I hired Bob Bandeen when she was a victim of a dog attack. The owners had 3 pit bull mix large dogs on leases. One of the dogs lunged and bit her several times. Bob Bandeen was very sympathetic and a great advisor through the whole process concerning her case. He was professional, thorough and she was able to settle her case out of court in an amount that was very fair. With Bob's help and expertise, she was able to settle in an amount that was more than many people who had suffered such a trauma. It was the partnership that my wife was able to form with Bob that made all the difference. They made a great team together to win her case which she so much deserved after all her suffering. LeFevre Law Firm has represented me and my business in many matters. I was dealing with Attorney Garett Kerr as a referral. By the looks of these bad reviews mine was nothing different. He sat down with me for no less than 5 minutes and took my check. The cleared and I never heard from attorney Kerr ever again. He told me he would take care of my legal issue. While I had him dealing with that issue another legal problem arose. You’d think he would’ve had my back? Nope! Stood me up on the day I was to show up for court. He sent me a email on the morning of! I had no clue about the email and was in front of the judge clueless and scared. I hope and pray no one ever feel the feeling I felt, when I needed them the most they never showed or fought for me. It’s truly the worst feeling in the world! Please at least get a back up before dealing with this office. On another note, his office staff was very pleasant to deal with and nice ladies. To bad Attorney Kerr was a huge disappointment.

I was told by several different attorneys that my son wasn't eligible for disability. I knew he was eligible because I know people with the same disability who qualified for disability payments. I was very frustrated until I called Jessica. She was so caring and understanding and was glad to accept the case and assured me that she could help me. We went to court and won the case. Through out the whole process Jessica was always very friendly and glad to answer my questions. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she is very, very smart and knowledgeable about the law. Warren was my disability attorney. I am in my mid 30’s, so we knew there was a really good chance we’d have to fight to get anywhere. Warren was there every step of the way. He was validating, sincere, knowledgeable, educated, sharp as a whip, and has a really good sense of humor to boot. He reassured me after my initial denial, he called with updates and was ALWAYS more than willing to explain things to me and answer my questions. I truly think it’s rare to have such a good experience, but I’m going to guess it’s not so rare with Warren. He’s just awesome. I’m now approved, and can breathe a much needed sigh of relief. 10/10 recommend.

The disability process is very long and tedious. But If you choose Burns Law and listen to Mr. Fink and do exactly what he asks you to do then you have a fair shot of winning.
