I have nothing but praise for this law firm. Attorney Jacob Reitan and his very capable staff steered through the complex maze of government paperwork, appeals, legal briefs, medical records gathering, and extensive research to win my case for Social Security Disability. He knows when to engage them in discussion and when not to. My case lasted a little over a year and a half. My son suffered a significant birth injury that requires life long treatment and care. I felt that this was due to negligence and decided to seek a lawyer. In the beginning, Rachel lacked the ability to communicate the process. I ended up being ghosted by her, so decided to leave a review. After the review had been seen, I was contacted by her. They finally got a move on it and asked that I remove my review. After an entire YEAR of waiting on them (and again, a serious lack of communication on Rachel’s part) and their “expert opinion” I was called only to be told that they don’t want to take the case, but that maybe another lawyer at a different firm might. Valuable time was wasted, where we could have taken a different approach to help my son had they been upfront in the beginning.
