From the very first contact both Mr Clark and his case manager I was shown empathy, sympathy and a true willingness to help me win my SSDI case. I was denied by the social security office twice. My only other option was to hire a lawyer so I begin to look online and found Whitley Law Firm. I read their reviews and it became a no brainer to hire them. During the waiting period to go in front of a judge the process was Super easy, just keep the lawyers office up to date on your status. My lawyer, Mr Clark was awesome and helped me win my case. I'm so grateful for their assistance as I could not have done this without them.

I found King Law Firm to be very helpful and kind. I had been trying for nearly 3 years to get disability benefits for my seizure disorder but kept getting denied. I have been experiencing 15+ seizure a month for 4 1/2 years and put on multiple medications to no effect. I have problems with reading and writing due to my condition. I can not drive or operate a forklift witch I did in my previous job. I also have a problem with keeping my balance when standing and walking and fall often. I was told by multiple doctors that I could not go back to work but social security just did not seem to care. Not only did they keep denying me they made each appeal more difficult and confusing. King Law Firm not only helped with the appeal they helped me understand what was going on and what I needed to do next. At my hearing they not only showed why I could not go back to work but why I deserve and need benefits. They won my case with ease. There is no doubt in my mind I would not have won without them. King Law Firm was extremely helpful when it came to my workers compensation claim. I had never needed a lawyer before or been involved in any court cases so I had a lot of questions all the time. Patricia Stugart was always available whether by email or on the phone to answer them. She listened to me cry multiple times and was very understanding of my feelings and needs. Mr Robert Boneau was my attorney and he really pushed for what I deserved in my case. He did his best with how busy he was to keep me informed on the process and what was happening. I would definitely recommend this law firm for anyone who needs an attorney that will not only fight for your rights but also who understands the emotions you are going through dealing with your court case. I live in the Northeast. I had a complicated claim and because I already have a high rating, no one near me wanted to take my case. I contacted this firm and they gladly accepted my business. I worked closely with attorney Ryan Spencer and paralegal Kristen Swinson. Attorney Spencer Foo up to my location in the Northeast to attend a video conference hearing for my appeal with a judge from Washington DC. Throughout the entire process, these folks were extremely helpful. Several months ago, my appeal was granted after a lengthy wait. I am quite confident that I would not have won my appeal without their assistance. They helped me obtain all the necessary paperwork and a nexus letter which helped me win my case. I cannot recommend them enough, even if you're not from the geographical area in which they practice. 5 stars all day long!

I tried for 3 years to get disability on my own. Appeal after appeal, I kept trying, but I had no help. If it wasn't for my parents, I would have been homeless. The lawyer that I used for my car accident recommended that I see David Jones. He took my case, and he won my case on the first try!!! He literally saved my life. I can't recommend him enough. He will care, be engaged with you when you need him, and respect your feelings as well. His entire team took their time with me, and made me feel worthy of life again. I chose Strickland Agner and Pittman to assist me in a legal matter for their outstanding reputation in the community. I provided extensive information to the representative, Sean Keenan, during the initial consultation by giving him details to include specific dates and locations. There was more than one incident in question and this was made quite clear during this conversation. I then paid the fee and was informed that they would be in touch. I eventually received a letter stating that only one item could possibly be removed from a record. My issue is why was I not provided this tidbit of information during this conversation? Surely this was not a new concept for a legal professional. Why did I pay $250 for information I HAD PROVIDED to the representative? I do not normally write bad reviews, but unfortunately this one has left a bad taste in my mouth.
