My wife was in accident in March of this year. It was ruled that it was 100% the other person's fault. We contacted this office after 4 months of getting nowhere with our insurance company. It is now December and we've seen no action outside of the sending a packet to the insurance company. Giving them 30% of what we get is WAY more than they deserve. I was rear ended in April 2019. The at fault insurance policy only pays out $30,000. These so called professionals must have known this. I walked away with 10 grand to cover what I've been through and the neck pain I will endure most likely my whole life. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy! My paralegal was changed twice and my lawyer was changed right before they presented settlement papers to his insurance without even telling me! Either they knew this guy's policy only pays out 30K for injury and misled me, or they never even looked at the declaration page at all until 14 months later when they told me this. So here I am almost 2 years later still in pain, still in treatment for my pain and I'm forced to go after my own insurance company for underinsured motorists coverage! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT let these shady people represent you!
