I would like to take a moment to say that Matthew Cox and his firm handled my daughter's case for an accident she was in. It is my pleasure to recommend Mulvey, Cornell & Mulvey to anyone that is looking for a personal injury law firm. Mulvey, Cornell & Mulvey, specifically Attorney Patrick Mulvey, recently represented me for the injuries that I sustained in a bicycle versus truck accident. Following the accident, I was treated at my local emergency room, by an orthopedic surgeon, and I also underwent a course of physical therapy. And, of course, I incurred medical bills for all of that treatment. In addition to the medical bills, I missed time from work as a result of my injuries. The time that I was hurt, out of work, and incurring medical bills was a stressful and anxious time for me. Attorney Mulvey and his staff helped me navigate the post-accident time period and used the available insurance policies to my benefit so that the effects of the accident didn’t totally disrupt my life. Then, after I had recovered from my injuries, Attorney Mulvey was able to negotiate a good settlement with the insurance company of the driver that caused the accident without me having to spend any time in court. I hope I am never injured in another accident. But, if I am, I know I will again call on Attorney Mulvey to represent me.

I was hit by a mail truck which resulted in an ambulance ride, an emergency room visit, and 30 stitches. I was stressed out by the pain, the medical bills / my insurance, and trying to deal with the post office myself. I had never had an attorney before and assumed that hiring one would only add to my bills. My friend convinced me otherwise and I am so glad he did. All of that stress was massively reduced when Patrick Mulvey took my case. He worked on contingency, took care of everything, and I got a great settlement out of the deal! Going from anxiety to surprised relief when I received excellent compensation was.... well, I just can't thank him enough!

My daughter was facing a reckless driving charge in NH. This charge carries an automatic license suspension of 90 days and 6pts would be added to her driving record with the possiblity of an additional suspension in our home state of MA. John Tenn worked tirelessly on her behalf and was able to get the charge reduced to a speeding violation and just a 20 day suspension. It's important to choose an attorney who has extensive experience and mutually respectful working relationships with prosecutors and state troopers. I worked with John Tenn on a case for my daughter who was involved in a drunk driving accident. She was hit by a drunk driver and suffered injuries to her foot, which required multiple surgeries. Doug is a top notch professional and attorney. He has helped me since 2012 with my Workers Comp injury and when ever the insurance company attempts to try anything funny, he always straightens them out. I had injuries at work, and eventually was harassed by the workers comp carrier. I consulted with Doug, and he explained the law, my rights, and how he could help. After speaking with this office a few times, I have learned that their reputation is indeed stellar and well earned. Attorney Newborn is a community-oriented lawyer who explains things to you very well, and gives you both time and advice to you even if it is not entirely self-serving to his practice. I learned things from him that nobody cared to explain to me in the past. I even got referrals from him for the various ways my scenario could play out. He easily could’ve taken advantage of my situation and tried to convince me to use his services, but instead tried saving me money and recommended going a different route. I’m ready to use him, god forbid, if the time comes.
