My husband and I experienced a motorcycle accident and a friend recommended we speak to Mr. John Molinari of Blume Forte Fried Zerres & Molinari. We met with him and he explained the process of claims due to accidents and we engaged him to represent us together. Over the course of the claim, whenever we had a question, answers were rapid, in depth and easy to understand without too much legalese. He expressed concern for us that never felt like it was fee driven, but seemed genuinely personal and that he was working entirely on our behalf. When I came to Hoyt & Hoyt I was frightened and in a great deal of physical and emotional pain. I had been hit by a car while riding my bicycle. I had a broken wrist, a severe concussion and every part of my body was bruised and sore. The insurance companies were asking all kinds of questions and I did not know how to properly respond. Hoyt & Hoyt said "Tell them to call me" and "Don't say another word". This was music to my ears. Hoyt & Hoyt said "It will take about 2 years". I came away from that first meeting completely relieved. The nightmare of dealing with the insurance companies was over. Hoyt & Hoyt handled my case from soup to nuts guiding me through depositions and various procedures, answering every question that came to mind with care and reassuring expertise. Mark & Alan helped me out with a very complicated situation involving removing squatters from a building I acquired during the pandemic. They were smart, creative, responsive, and their filings were always tight and rarely needed much editing. They are efficient with your time and very little BS - which is hard to find in my experience in a mostly hourly legal profession. I would highly recommend them and I would personally not hesitate to hire them again for things that might come up.

Had I known what I know today I would have never hired them to fight my case. Always late never updates me on my case. I just recently watched another court case Of the same incident I had they won but because i didnt have much money to continue i lost the case definitely felt as if my attorney was working for the the other side so i didnt stand a chance so i felt. BE CAREFUL Money talks an if you dont have much of it then dont expect much help from them. My first time ever and they screwed me bad. Less then 1 star for me

First impressions are everything. Sometimes you worry if you are going to get the best lawyer. And, I think I got more than what I bargained for! Not only was my attorney highly competent he is the epitome of professionalism. Ed guided me with realistic advice and direction, and because he was very personable; he made my legal matters very comprehensive. Not too mention the entire RAM staff was always very accommodating, especially, Bea who is one his trusted paralegals. She made sure I understood what was going on and did everything in a timely manner. If you are looking for a thorough legal team, I highly recommend Mr. Ed Rebenack. Which, coincidentally should be spelled RebeKNOCK-OUT; since he is the kind of lawyer you would want fighting for you.

My husband was injured by an ambulance service when he was coming home in his final days for hospice. This occurred during COVID restrictions. Within 2 days of contacting this firm, I had a ZOOM meeting with Mr. Rothenberg, and his investigation began. Within 9 months the case was settled. We received the maximum amount allowable without going to trial. Both Mr. Rothenberg and his staff were always courteous, understanding and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Simply and easily put. They want cream of the crop cases Some mangled abs severely hurt. So they get top dollar I called and was told I was not hurt enough for their level of service Even bold enough to say look for a lawyer that specializes in your type of case I would never ever ever ever ever refer anyone to them But I know several lawyers I’ve made many referrals to Learn better customer service.
