Mark is an exceptional attorney and I can say the same for his team as well. He handled my case as if it were his own and he was upfront about the whole process along the way, answering all my questions honestly. I was involved in an auto accident while I was still working (on the clock). Mark was recommended to me by another attorney who did not deal with workman's comp cases. Mark took the time to explain the process to me and answer my questions in a manner that I understood. I work construction, legal matters are a bit of a mystery to me, Mark made it all make sense. Throughout the entire legal process Mark explained what would be happening and how he thought things would work out. Every time he made a "prediction" of how things might work out, he was dead on. Mark's vast experience shows not only in his knowledge of the legal process, but also in familiarity with the vast array of entities, representatives and attorneys. Any time I had a question, Mark would answer promptly. All fees were explained up front and were very reasonable. It must also be said that Mark is a fighter, he never just rolled over and accepted whatever was offered, even at the "final offer" stage Mark would take one more step and find that the other party did have a bit more "wiggle" room and ultimately made a much better deal for me. The accident caused me a great deal of loss and Mark did an excellent job representing me. Thanks to him and his staff I am physically and financially capable of moving forward in a very positive manner. I can not thank Mark enough for what he did for me and my family. I would happily and without hesitation recommend him to anyone that asks.

I was having trouble with an insurance company after an auto accident. The driver of the other vehicle was at fault and received a citation for driver inattention. I receive a shoulder injury which later required surgery and complete replacement. David took care of the insurance company and I didn't need to respond to all of the questions asked by their agents. I received a settlement.

He failed to investigate my daughters cas e for 2 years. He waited till after 2 years to drop her when he should of done it right away. It as I f he was there for the other side. He pulled a low blow below the belt manuver. The case was against another lawyer because of there unruly child that never pays for their horrible actions. My daughter could of lost her life and Vance played with her bad experience. He admitted in the first meeting we had with him that he's heard of this lawyers adult child and her bad reputation and other actions she been involved in. He mad it very clear he was not afraid to go up against this lawyer. I guess alot of lawyers know of her bad behavior and walking away from the law with nothing done.

I was in a pretty bad accident in the middle of covid season. Didn't really know how bad I was hurt till 10 months later when I could finally see neurologist and orthopedic. Had some significant injuries. I've never been so thankful for this law firm. They have kept me aware of everything all along the way. They have been the nicest people I have ever dealt with very pleasant to work with and we're still working on things but I've recommended them to several people and I will continue referring them as as far as I'm concerned They are the absolute best. My family had to face very difficult time.we lost 4 family member in an horrible vehicle accident in the accident include 2 small child. These lawyers are amazing! They have helped our baseball team tremendously. They give back to the community and real care about the kids. They have helped the kids in so many ways from paying for tournaments, uniforms and help kids pay fees that couldn't afford it. Martha Villegas, a lawyer at the Law Offices of Donald Vigil, handled my personal injury case smartly and, most importantly in these crazy times, socially distanced. My accident happened at the end of March 2020, and Martha and myself were successful able to settle this case remotely. All our meeting took place over the phone and the only time I saw her face to face was when I picked up my settlement check. It is also worth mentioning that she got me the most financial recuperation as she was able to as well as the maximum reduction on my medical costs. I’m very grateful for everything that Martha and the Law Offices of Donald Vigil did for me.

I had the pleasure of Don Vigil personally handling my case which was quite complex. I am a highly trained procedurally based physician who practice in New Mexico for many years. Unfortunately, I suffer from autoimmune disease with multi organ involvement which ultimately led to my need to retire as I suffered from severe pain and fatigue. I had no problem obtaining my Social Security Disability Income on the first attempt which happens 33.7% of the time. I had 2 Long Term Disability policies which I purchased with after tax dollars and had paid into both of them for over 20 years. The larger of the 2 plans was professional and fair with me, and ultimately awarded my benefits. It was the second company that refused to pay me the policy benefits because I had disagreements with the state medical board regarding my ability to safely practice medicine given the multiple health issues I had and how they were treated. Mr. Vigil did his homework on my complex case, and crafted a rebuttal to the initial refusal to award long term disability benefits. It was based on the truth regarding my complex health issues, third party evaluations of my health issues, and total understanding of disability law. I thought that this company would not reconsider paying my benefits, but the excellent rebuttal/response by Mr. Vigil to the company's incorrect assessment of my personal circumstances resulted in the company reversing their initial refusal to pay the policy. I was awarded the full dollar amount that the policy was obliged to pay, as well as payment of back benefits while we awaited reconsideration of my case. Mr. Vigil was fairly compensated in a manner that I understood from the beginning. He was a pleasure to work with, and I was very pleased with the fact that he was ALWAYS available to me if I had any questions or concerns about my case. I give Don the highest level of recommendation and would use his services again in the future if I have any further disability issues. Keep up the great work, Mr. Vigil!!!

You know, we all go through life hoping that we don’t need to experience any type of legal issues but when you do, it can be very stressful. I have dealt with Rachel Berenson numerous times and she has made the entire process much easier and handles so many things when I have become overwhelmed with things that have happened in my life. She is an amazing attorney. Her attention to detail is exceptional. As far as I’m concerned, she’s probably one of the best in the state. A year ago I was involved in a car accident when I was 27 weeks pregnant. I called Keller and Keller and their team has been phenomenal! Alexis Roman was my case manager and she was the best! This is the second time I have needed the services of this law firm. Keller and Keller is by far the best firm in New Mexico. I have spoken to many others and they are in no way as helpful, attentive, or accommodating as Keller & Keller. Do yourself a favor and don't try going elsewhere.

I rarely post online reviews- but for someone else who may be doing research on potential legal counsel, this review may help you. As an executive director of a medium size organization, I work with many people in the legal and prosecution fields daily. Although family law is not my purview, this firm was recommended to me for a child custody and support case by other attorneys specializing in other areas of expertise. Unfortunately my experience has been negative and disappointing. Ive experienced a lack of unprofessionalism- I have called and emailed my attorney nearly a dozen times over a 6 month period, often with no returned calls or responses for months. Emails are not responded to. Phone messages are taken by the front desk staff, but not returned. I've been told- specific documents will be filed "by Friday" and they are not filed nor have they been filed in timely manners. If you are looking to shell out $3,000 to $4,000 of your own money to retain a firm to represent you during the most complex times (especially within family law) and provide you with the upmost professional responsiveness, follow-through and communication- this is not the firm. This is my own personal opinion.
