Katie, my case manager, is amazing and the absolute best at her job! They were quick and communicative through the entire process. They connected and found me the care I needed as close to my house as possible so I didn't even have to figure that out myself. I had a small request for some legal advice and Edward M Bernstein & Associates more than delivered! I was not only given advice but the team actually took the issue head on for me and I was left worry free. In a few days everything was settled and things afterwards could not have been more thorough. My mom had a car accident and had an injury to her back and neck. She was pretty shaken so she contacted Ed Bernstein's office. They walked her through all of the steps needed to get herself healed and handle the case. Today she is well, and the case has been settled. We recently realized the real meaning of trust when handing over a portion of our savings to someone we just met to keep a family member out of trouble. I called Oronoz & Ericsson on Labor Day and we happen to reach a Law Assistant that was warm, patient, and swift. She is genuine, without a doubt. The office was closed for the day but she still invited us to come and meet with Law Attorney James “Jim” Oronoz, the founder of Oronoz & Ericsson. Let me start by saying that my experience with Anthony Ashby was so different than I ever experienced with another attorney. I actually felt like a human being and not a number or dollar sign. I would recommend him to the people I care most about in my life, my family. That says a lot. He worked really hard on my case and helped change my life with the results. When I asked him something, he gave me real answers and got back to me right away. My case was a long, complicated case but he always gave me updates and stayed in contact the entire time. The whole reason I went with him for my attorney, is because I had a previous accident where the attorney was horrible. I had other attorneys look at that other case and say it was too far gone with mistakes from the other firm. Anthony was the only one who showed empathy for my situation and attempted to help. So he was the first person I contacted when I was hurt again. I had a million questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I asked him to please never lose that human connection and empathy he has for his clients like many other attorneys seem to have lost. I highly recommend him and am very grateful that he was my attorney.

On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel. After going to the hospital with a severe headache and neck pain, I decided to contact the Law Firm of Cap & Kudler. I found Allen Cap to be a very knowledge attorney and decided to have him represent me and follow all his recommendations to the letter. A case such as mine would seem to be fairly simple and straight forward, however you can expect the opposing insurance companies to fight tooth and nail all the way, even when their client is at fault. The object of this is to follow all of your attorney's advice, no matter how long it takes if you want a fair and equitable solution. I followed all of Mr. Cap's instructions to the letter and a year and 2 months later, my case was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first entered this office. Then I was met by Don Kudler, the Attorney. He was not the kind of guy you see on TV who talks fast and offers you confidence. In fact, I was a little bit discouraged. Over time though, I learnt that he is just a low profile with high efficiency kind of guy who is proud of his young daughter. His office staff are courteous and always return my phone calls in timely manners. All and all I am happy with the settlement. Only regret I have is that I didn't find Cap&Kudler soon enough.

I felt that they did not live up to the promises they gave when takening my case. They told me it would be a pain-free experience. All I had to do is so show up to may appointments and heal. I was constantly calling them to follow-up, and make sure I had correct appointment information. When we got settlement offer, it only covered parts of my body that were accepted under the claim. They advised me to take this offer it was a good offer. The words they used. I pointed out the mistake and this almost double my offer. They profited off my skills as a lawyer, which I definitely am not. The day after I posted the review, Melinda called me screaming at me. Telling me this would cost her, her job, and that I should have came to her. I am not a person that likes conflict. I attempt to get a new lawyer in November 2020, to avoid conflict then.I explained this is how I felt. The call ended with me hanging up. I appreciate the offer to reach out again, but I will have to pass.

Took forever for them to settle a minor car accident. I understand COVID slowed down the process but I was able to obtain medical records they needed in 2 weeks. We waited 6 months for them to get the same records I got in 2 weeks. They were going to take more than half the settlement also and forced us to pay back certain Medicaid charges that were 100% covered by insurance. Also their doctors they make you go to for evaluation is a big scam. They took thousands of dollars for a few visits. This was a mild accident that took nearly 2 years to settle and didn't even go to court. Most of the employees are nice enough but when you have to do their job for them and they keep more than half. Use a different lawyer!

Eric Woods and his team really helped me out. They walked me through my case and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I wasn't expecting much as far as a settlement, was just hoping to not be liable for the medical debt I had incurred. He and his team over delivered and got me a surprising settlement, and they really charged a reasonable fee, too. He and his staff are very friendly, welcoming and personable.
