Had a case with Preston from late 2018. Just closed and received my payout. When i came here originally i was worried about a couple reviews about communicating issues. Im happy to say I experienced great service. They recommend contacting them fridays for the fastest response, but anytime i had a question and sent them an email (both Preston and Jaqueline) they replied in a timely manner even if i didnt email on friday. They helped me throughout my whole case with any doc issues or car rental process/ everything to do with my case they helped do all the legwork. IMHO this firm has exceeded my expectations when it comes to professionalism, customer service and product value. Many other businesses in Las Vegas operate under the premise of "turn & Burn". Aside from the great results $ we’ve received thanks to Bill, I can’t overstate how Truly beyond responsive he is and the attentiveness with which he’s handled our cases.
