All of our concerns or questions are given top priority by phone or email, and I always receive the information that I need. Our primary contact, Kimberly Del Prado keeps my wife and me informed every step of the way. Kimberly emailed us about my wife's approved disability claim five hours before we got the approval letter in the mail. And one more note; even though Brian Mittman is one of the firm's partners, he is always available to speak to on the phone or via email. It was David VS Goliath..... I had no where to turn.... a friend recommended Gail to me as he had a similar story with bad representation for a divorce. A divorce process that is different from a normal divorce, we were told by other attorneys that it would take up to a year to get accomplished and spend thousands of dollars. Barrows Levy PLLC handled our case in less time for a reasonable cost. All we had to do was comply with their request to have things move smoothly. Only paid once, for inquiring minds.

When my dog and I were attacked by a Pitbull, we did not know where to turn. The first law group we went to, took the case but after months of them sending me things to sign in regards to a car accident (I did not have a car accident) and not responding to my emails or calls, they called me in to tell me my case was not really worth much. I disagreed and went in search of a law firm that could help me. When I met with the Licatesi Law Group, they made me feel like they cared and really worked on my case. I was not just another dollar sign for them. They knew my case when I called or emailed and kept in touch answering any and all of my questions. Working with Jennifer and her staff, they were able to get me the maximum amount on the defendant's policy. This was 5 times more than the first law group said my case was worth. If you need an attorney who will work with you to get the maximum for your case, a firm who treats you like a person, and will do what it takes to get the job done, Licatesi Law Group is the only firm to call. i would not recommend The Licatesi Law Group to anyone. I was lied to by both of the attorneys that I dealt with. One of the doctors that they sent me to, told me that I should go for surgery when my other doctors that I was seeing before I was told to see this doctor, didn't feel that surgery was necessary. When I told that to this doctor, he told me that I should discuss it with my attorney. There are a couple other issues that I am not happy with which is why I have a negative attitude about this law firm.

I have used Mr Bergman and his firm in the past and he and his staff are absolutely amazing! He truly treats you like family and I've seen these commercials of law firms that fight for their clients but Mr Bergman and his staff ACTUALLY do it as well as returns calls promptly where as I hardly ever heard from my other attorney before switching to Mr Bergman and his staff.. Steve Palermo, his assistant, Ana, and the rest of his staff have been a pleasure. Everyone made me feel comfortable and confident. During trial, Steve gave the jury a full accounting and mental picture of what I've gone through.
