A divorce process that is different from a normal divorce, we were told by other attorneys that it would take up to a year to get accomplished and spend thousands of dollars. When my dog and I were attacked by a Pitbull, we did not know where to turn. The first law group we went to, took the case but after months of them sending me things to sign in regards to a car accident (I did not have a car accident) and not responding to my emails or calls, they called me in to tell me my case was not really worth much. I disagreed and went in search of a law firm that could help me. When I met with the Licatesi Law Group, they made me feel like they cared and really worked on my case. i would not recommend The Licatesi Law Group to anyone. I was lied to by both of the attorneys that I dealt with. One of the doctors that they sent me to, told me that I should go for surgery when my other doctors that I was seeing before I was told to see this doctor, didn't feel that surgery was necessary. When I told that to this doctor, he told me that I should discuss it with my attorney. There are a couple other issues that I am not happy with which is why I have a negative attitude about this law firm.

All of our concerns or questions are given top priority by phone or email, and I always receive the information that I need. Our primary contact, Kimberly Del Prado keeps my wife and me informed every step of the way. I've had some issues trying to get someone to help me. I had been thru several paralegals, I would either call or email the paralegal regarding the issue, and i wouldn't hear back. I cannot say enough about how great this law firm has been in my worker's comp case with NYC. Steve Palermo, his assistant, Ana, and the rest of his staff have been a pleasure. Everyone made me feel comfortable and confident. During trial, Steve gave the jury a full accounting and mental picture of what I've gone through. After the way that I was treated for the last six years by the Bongiorno Law Firm, I am writing the first review of my life….First off, I have to thank Richie for not letting me walk out the door and forget everything. He asked me kindly not to leave and to give the Bongiorno Law Firm a shot being that I had nothing to lose as It was determined by my surgeon and New York State that I was permanently disabled. I’m a Union Laborer for 24 years in New York City and I was injured because of negligence on the job. When I first contacted Richard at The Bongiorno Law Firm following a car accident, I was immediately at ease. He sat with me and talked me through my case every step of the way. I was never put off, or rescheduled, never told that they couldn't see me or make time to answer even the smallest of questions I had. The entire office is professional, understanding and patient. Thorough doesn't begin to describe their whole team. I was treated like family through every step of my case. Every person I spoke to recognized me by voice over the phone, always had my information at their fingertips, and never made me feel like a "number". The rare times I had to leave a message/voicemail, it was answered within hours. The team that was behind my case was outstanding. When it was time for my deposition, Keri Lynn expertly coached me through what was expected of me. I was always in contact with my team, with emails, direct phone numbers, even personal cell numbers. Richard also put me in contact with my surgeon. Chopra & Nocerino, LLP, took on my case without hesitation even though it was known to be a very difficult case. I was in a pedestrian knockdown case where I crossed mid block, not within the intersection or crosswalk, and got hit by a vehicle. I was injured as a result of the accident, especially my head. I was said to have a traumatic brain injury. Although many firms were skeptics to help me, Chopra & Nocerino LLP were able to secure the full tender of the ENTIRE SEVEN FIGURE insurance policy. I am overwhelmed with joy and happiness, I couldn’t recommend this firm more to anyone.
