About a year or so ago I was involved in a motorcycle accident that resulted in me breaking my clavicle. So far this company has asked for certain information on a case they are handling and I have sent several emails to 3 different e-mails, faxed 2 times and called numerous times. They are saying they still do not have the information I have sent... One hand does NOT seem to know what the other hand is doing!! So frustrating! The ones that answer the phone are very polite but nothing gets accomplished. Only 1 person so far has really tried to help us and his name is Kristian. Also tried calling the paralegal on the case and I've never heard back from him. I don't recommend using a law firm unless they are located in your city/town.
