As a fellow attorney I recommend Durga Bhurtel. Durga and his associates hold law degrees in Nepal, India, and New York. Durga's great skill and ability to practice law in multiple languages, and in multiple countries is remarkable. It is rare for an attorney to be able to hold a license to practice in two jurisdictions. Holding law licenses in three jurisdictions is a feat accomplished by very few. Durga's expertise in foreign law gives him the unique ability to handle international matters involving both American and Nepalese concerns. Durga's associates Babu Ram Devkota and Uttam Panday have strong credentials. Before Babu entered private practice in the USA he was a law professor at one of the top universities in Nepal. Uttam served as a member of Nepal's National Police, the equivalent to America's FBI, for many years before entering private practice in the USA. Uttam has counterterroism experience. Uttam also worked with the UN and Interpol during his tenure with the National Police. Durga and the attorneys in his office also display a great deal of empathy and kindness to their clients. Many seek his help at their most vulnerable, and I can say without hesitation that he treats his clients with the respect they deserve. If I had an international issue that involved Nepali law Durga would absolutely be the first one I would contact.

Durga Bhurtel ji, please do not request anybody to remove my rating from one star. It’s illegal and I have my own rights to give any stars. If my reviews which I have written is incorrect and wrong meet me directly with my friends and yours as well. If you have any questions regarding my previous review talk to me directly not in public to make your law firm 5 stars. You can’t satisfy all the customers in this world. Sometime you are rude to somebody and sometime you are polite. You were absolutely rude to me and you never showed humanity as well. Living in a society rather than material world impacts decrease in anybody’s happiness. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANY INDIVIDUALS. Durga Bhurtel Law Office personal commenting on my 1 star rating saying that I could not afford his office rates. Hello, how can you charge $15000 (prior deposit) plus+ (if the cost increases beyond $15000) for a divorce case man? Are you kidding me ? IMPORTANT: I have solved my issue in $0 not in $15000 that too Durga Bhurtel was demanding a prior deposit. (DO NOT TRY TO SAY AGAIN ITS A COMPLEX ISSUE). Again, Keep in your mind do not try to force me to remove this rating or upgrade this rating, otherwise I have to take serious actions on this matter. Marianne Fawcett needs to be recognized for the incredible work she has done for me in my case. She really helped clarify all of the questions I had. As a past client of Newman, Anzalone, and Newman, professional law firm, I’m so very happy and satisfied with the way my personal injury case was handled. From the support staff, to the Attorneys, all my questions via phone or email, were answered immediately, and I also received frequent updates on the progress of my case. Of course, it’s not up to the firm to do all the work, because I also had to do my part by religiously attending all physical therapy and doctors/surgeons appointments, which was closely monitored by the firm tracking my progress by way of follow up phone calls, which further added to my feeling my case was in the best hands handling it. Basically, my pedestrian vs. auto case took a while, due to severity of my injuries, but when it came time for negotiations for settlement, the firm did exceptionally well! There was also another situation related to my original case, but referred to a colleague, and settled immediately, as well. The firm did an excellent job by having the cases settle out of court, which saved all of us time and effort. In closing, I’d like to thank both Attorneys Morris and Greg, plus all support staff involved, for their time and effort put into my case. Resolution was quick, and now, I can go on with the rest of my life, knowing that the most difficult part of my accident was handled by a professional firm that I totally trusted from start to finish. They wasted over 5 years of my time, I kept calling to check on the case to which was responded to just wait, never tried to gather proof, when I sent proof such as photos or videos I kept being asked for them by a different person each time. After so many years they didn’t have enough of a case for me that the judge ended up sending a mediator. This people are unprofessional! Made me waste time and money! Please, do your research before hiring this law firm, I wish I did. Instead I trusted someone who was using them but hadn’t a settled case yet, she also ended up disappointed by them.

I found Mr. Dreishpoon right here on google and decided to go based off the reviews and my gut. I am really glad I did. In the past I have dealt with another attorney for a similar case and it took me a long time (10 years to be exact) and Michael was able to get my settlements in about a year. He is attentive to my needs and does something most lawyers don’t care to do which is to care and follow-up on progress. He is a no nonsense type of guy and I like that. Straight to the point and gets the job done. I would highly recommend to anyone who was in a car accident and needs a lawyer that’s on your side.

I came across William after having read the numerous glowing reviews on his website. As is typical when contacting a lawyer via an internet search, I was unsure of what to expect. However, after my initial phone conversation with William, I immediately knew that I had made the correct decision to contact him. William listened attentively as I described my case and instantly offered several possible solutions. He was incredibly detailed, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He assured me that he would do everything possible to assist me. I hung up feeling very relieved and impressed. We had several e-mail and phone conversations before setting up a consultation with Steve. For the first time in my career I was terminated. Being faced with having to sign a separation agreement made me nervous and wanted to make sure I understood what I was signing and whether what I was offered was fair. I called a few employment attorneys who were more concerned about letting me know their fees than my situation but then I came across William Teitler. Of all the lawyers I spoke to he was the only one who gave so much of his time and talked to me for a long period of time giving me very useful information and advise. I decided right then and there to make an appointment with him and Steve Sacks and it’s the best decision I made. William and Steve were very honest from the beginning. We went over the separation agreement paragraph by paragraph and let me know what they could add to it to protect me. I really knew that day that if I was going to retain the services of an attorney it would be them so I hired them to negotiate my separation agreement. They not only had my former employer add a few clauses on the agreement to benefit and protect me but were also able to get me an extension of my medical insurance. Both William and Steve were incredibly helpful, they both kept me informed of any new developments about my case via emails, texts and phone calls. William always followed up with me and listened to all my concerns and took action when needed. When the revised agreement was received, William spent more than an hour disseminating each line with me so that I had complete understanding before signing it. I can’t express enough how grateful and lucky I am to have met such incredible professionals who really care about their clients.
