I was t-boned in a parking lot causing a little over $2,000 in damages to my car. When I submitted the claim to State Farm Insurance, they refused to accept the claim because I didn't know the make and model of their clients car even though he gave me all the info off his insurance card. Took getting an attorney involved to have them fix the car. Right after the accident we noticed that I was losing strength rapidly in my lower extremities and had numerous test done. An MRI showed that my neck was broke causing severe pressure on my spinal cord.
