I called this train wreck about possible representation. He was so disgustingly rude that I was actually shocked. Give him a call for fun just to see what I’m talking about. You’ll understand within 30 seconds. One of those people who overcompensate for poor social skills by convincing himself he’s always the smartest guy in the room. One example: he mentioned statute of limitations. I told him I’d talked to a lawyer on the Ohio Supreme Court case from which SOL had been crafted, and that lawyer said I was in the clear for SOL. Alton abruptly and ridiculously cut me off in a smarmy manner to tell me he wasn’t interested in what that lawyer said, he was only interested in the facts of the case. Uh, the SC opinion establishes the fact of SOL. Seriously, call this guy for fun. You’ll be amazed. In a bad way.

As a result of the accident that my wife and I were involved in, I sustained serious injuries that required emergency medical services and subsequent surgeries. My wife was also injured but not as severe so she was left to take care of me and the household. In addition to this, she was also bombarded with phone calls and mailings from medical professionals, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. This became an almost intolerable situation since we were dealing with so much. You however, never called and never sent us a mailing wanting us to engage you as our attorney. I was referred to Mr. Van Eman from my grandfather, and let me say I was NOT disappointed. Mr. Van Eman really worked hard for me and my case. I would like to take the time and said thank you to the team of lawyers that represented me on behalf of my late husband. Tim Van Eman handled my husband's malpractice case. Tim and his staff were awesome. He took time to explain each step that would take place. This type of case takes a great length of time. Mr. Kranstuber and his staff provided accurate direction each and every step of the Worker's Comp process. The Worker's Comp system is overwhelming to deal with. I would not have been able to navigate it without clear direction from Chuck. He met me at the courthouse before each hearing so we had a few moments to catch up on what he was going to present. Afterward he reviewed with me what was determined. He was honest and encouraged me to be hopeful. I always felt he was in my corner. That was extremely helpful! I cannot recommend Mr. Kranstuber and his firm highly enough.

I had a pleasant, hassle-free experience with the Donahey Law Firm. My Lawyer, Curtis Fifner, was knowledgeable, very professional, and handled everything for me. I didn't have to hear from him unless he needed additional information, needed to follow up on something, or needed an answer from me for something pertaining to my case (which was good for me because I didn't want to have to constantly worry about the case). Lastly, I had a pleasant experience dealing with the office. They were always available if I needed them for anything as well. They took care of and resolved my legal matter, and I would use them again if I ever need legal assistance again.

I was being stonewalled by an insurance company and attorney Mike Guluzian used a creative way to get them to pay. He was prepared to go to trial if necessary and kept the pressure on and I came out way ahead of what I had expected. Mike was very accommodating as was his staff. During the pandemic everything took place online, even my deposition. I recommend Mike Guluzian and Plymale & Dingus to anyone who’s been hurt in a car accident and had trouble getting the insurance company to pay.

Mike Guluzian will not only fight for your right to be compensated when injured in an accident, he will educate and keep you informed along the way. The opposition does not want to compensate you or the attempt to minimize the extent of their financial responsibility and they will work fiercely against your claim. The key is to allow your attorney to fight just as hard by not rushing him/her to settle your claim. It may take time but the end result can be very rewarding. I was blessed by a phone call by Adam one evening after a terrible car accident my mom, husband and I were in had put me in one of the lowest moods in my life. I had been contacted by others but the sincerity was not felt until his call came through. He was very understanding and listened more than he talked. In 2016 I suffered an injury at work that required emergency surgery. My employer is self insured for workers compensation, the company they use is insufferable to deal with. They rejected all my medical bills, refused to return my calls, provided absolutely no help and extended no professionalism. Making this already terrible situation, significantly more difficult. The procedures and laws regarding workers compensation are vast and complicated. When you have the stresses that come with debilitating injuries and recovery, the last thing you need are more complications. Agee, Clymer, Mitchell & Portman literally provided a lifeline for me. Doug Koppel is my attorney, he is compassionate and very knowledgeable. He communicates well and keeps me informed. I always feel like he’s definitely looking out for my best interest. The office staff for my local ACMP office is amazing. Jill and Shelah are so helpful, courteous and caring. Shelah truly goes above and beyond to help every time I need assistance. I never have to wait for answers to problems, they are always on top of it. My case has been extensive and long, because there has been such impasse from my employers end I’ve had to have several hearings. For these hearings I’ve been represented by different ACMP attorneys, as they all work together as a team..Each one has been professional, friendly, encouraging and genuinely are skilled at the art of the service which they provide. Mr. Critchett assisted me with a claim against an automobile restoration shop. He was timely, he kept me up to date with the progress of my case and he managed the time he spend on my matter in a manner consistent with the value of the case.
