I was in a pretty bad accident recently and on top of that the insurance company was trying to take advantage of my compromised state. I hired Mr. Heit and from that point on I felt at ease and protected. (As a combat veteran that meant a lot.) Hands down the best representation you can find. He went to bat with the insurance company and took a burden off my shoulders that I was sure would cripple me. As for the end result...... Better than I could have imagined. I am overly pleased. I was referred to Mr. Van Eman from my grandfather, and let me say I was NOT disappointed. Mr. Van Eman really worked hard for me and my case. I would like to take the time and said thank you to the team of lawyers that represented me on behalf of my late husband. Tim Van Eman handled my husband's malpractice case. Tim and his staff were awesome. He took time to explain each step that would take place. This type of case takes a great length of time. I never had to call for status!; Tim kept me up to speed every step of the way. Everyone that was involved in bringing this case together was wonderful. As a result of the accident that my wife and I were involved in, I sustained serious injuries that required emergency medical services and subsequent surgeries. My wife was also injured but not as severe so she was left to take care of me and the household. In addition to this, she was also bombarded with phone calls and mailings from medical professionals, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. This became an almost intolerable situation since we were dealing with so much. You however, never called and never sent us a mailing wanting us to engage you as our attorney. Called MR. Fletcher because I received a note that I was getting sued for a “private sale” because there was minor things wrong with the car I didn’t know. Anyways I explained it all to mr. fletcher and he shortly realized what is going on and that the lady is trying to sue me as if I was a dealership, his response “don’t call me or my office” then hung up. - why do you have to lie ? You clearly hung up on me. It’s okay. Not pressed . Just letting everybody know how you treated the situation ????????????????

I have used Dan Fletcher on multiple occassions. He was very personable and attentive to my needs. He, and his office, have always been available when I have needed questions answered or concerns addressed. His fees are very reasonable. I have used him in Franklin county primarily, but even when I used his services in a county over an hour away, his fees were still reasonable. I would like to start off by saying Seth Preisler ,we would recommend yo to anyone. Our experience with you and your law office was great. I had a fall at a business and was sent to hospital / doctors / mri's , and which lead to a lot of doctor bills and time off work for my husband and I. Seth fought for us and made sure we were taken care off. He kept in contact letting us know where he was at with the case. He returned call and emails. I was charged with a misdemeanor crime, permitting a suspended licensed driver to drive my vehicle. I only paid a retainer fee of $500.00 and Louis Chodosh represented me in Gahanna Mayor's Court on 09/14/2009. My charges were dropped to a J-Walking misdemeanor crime and I was fined $219.00. NO jail time, NO community service, and fees/fines under $1,000.00. I learned a lesson with a small price to pay, thanks to Mr. Chodosh. You are a Godsent!

I was t-boned in a parking lot causing a little over $2,000 in damages to my car. When I submitted the claim to State Farm Insurance, they refused to accept the claim because I didn't know the make and model of their clients car even though he gave me all the info off his insurance card. Took getting an attorney involved to have them fix the car. Right after the accident we noticed that I was losing strength rapidly in my lower extremities and had numerous test done. An MRI showed that my neck was broke causing severe pressure on my spinal cord. My first attorney asked State Farm to cover the medical and they refused saying I wasn't hit hard enough to damage my neck. My attorney dropped my case because their was no money in it for them. One attorney there told me to try David Bressman. David was nothing short of outstanding and tenacious in the pursuit of justice for me. He told me the information he needed and I went and got the data. He walked me through the interrogatories and the deposition. He also did a fantastic job during the final arbitration and settlement. I was very pleased with the outcome and highly recommended him for a personal injury attorney.
