I fell at work and needed my shoulder repaired. Without Mark Weisser I would still be fighting. The repair didn't take and I am now facing another shoulder repair. Mark once again is on it. We are waiting now to here the report form the IME doctor. With Mark at the helm I know he will get the surgery I need. He calls back, answers all my questions, well let me say this I am Glad MARK WEISSER is keeping my case in the right direction!!!!!!!

A few years ago , A friend of mine recommended your law firm after the first firm she recommended did nothing but lie to me and waste my time. I met Attorney Lisa Clark and she made things happen. I thought it was necessary for me to seek an attorney, because for the past few months I have been dealing with an ongoing issue involving my landlord and I thought I was fortunate enough to have a legal plan through Hyatt Legal offered through my employer. On Thursday April 25, 2019 I called the law offices of McKinney & Namei Co, LPA because they were an office that was in network with my legal plan. I spoke with a receptionist and told him that I am looking for an attorney who handles landlord/tenant issues. He confirmed that their law offices were equipped to handle such a matter, so I scheduled an appoint for May 1st, 2019 with Mr. Namei On May 1st, 2019. I called the law offices of McKinney & Namei Co, LPA to confirm that I had an appointment with Mr. Namei at 11:00am. I show up for my appointment at 10:45 and fill out paperwork because I am first time client. I didn't realize this at the time, but now I know that Mr. Namei was the individual who walked me back into the meeting room, and told me that someone would be right with me, but my appointment was with him. A few moments later in walks a Mr. John A Rebel, an individual who immediately told me as soon as he walked into the room that he had another client, and that he would have to meet with them. I told him, that my initial meeting was not even with him, I also expressed to him that I had an appointment that I confirmed just two hours prior to me being there. His overall demeanor and body language towards me felt anxious, as if he were in a hurry, and I later found out that was true. Mr. Rebel didn't even try to understand my reason for being there, he wasn't genuine, his first question to me was where do I work, and after I told him I asked him why that matter, he ignored my question and highlighted "Hyatt Legal Plan" on the "how did you hear about us" portion on the document. As I began to explain to him the issue I was experiences and why I was seeking counsel, he cut me off at every turn, didn't give me a chance to speak, and told me verbatim, that he thought I didn't need a lawyer. I told him that I disagreed with him, and that I felt as though he was rushing me and that the was trying to dismiss me so that he could get to his other client. He confidently told me that's exactly what he was trying to do. I was appalled that he would even say anything like that. I wanted him to clarify that the reason why he didn't to move forward with me was because I was using Hyatt Legal Plans and not paying any other way, he confirmed that this was true. I am utterly disgusted with the way I was treated today, and this is discrimination, from the moment he walked in, he already made up his mind that he didn't want to deal with me, and he made that very clear, and that is a serious problem, no one should ever be treated the way he treated me today. EVER! This is not someone who should be practicing.

I went there for the 1st visit, which is a free "consultancy". Went for Immigration related issue, it was Mr Namei himself. Upon listening he said "why do u even bother about EB2, it takes around 10 yrs, by that time your H1B will expire." I was like "what! Is this guy for real?" I still replied "after I 140 gets approved, H1 auto extends" Then he said the real thing "I would be happy to do ur case, but ur company has own immigration lawyers, I don't think they will cooperate with me to advertise for the job & other formalities." Now, that's the real answer, but, why misguide with silly answers to begin with! A junior person would have been seriously confused by such answers. Such a waste of my time.

When my wife and I had our accident were all worried and not sure what to do. They sent us a copy of our police report, in a red bag to our home we didn't even have to go to the office. Our case was settled quickly we're all healed and better now. But the most amazing thing do all of this endeavor has been they returned every single one of our phone calls almost immediately. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband was injured and Mr Castelli met with us and accepted the case. We didn’t hear much from him in the following months. Then we got a letter out of the blue that stated they were dropping the case due to the low assumption they they could win. Fast forward to us getting a different attorney. The new attorney contacted this office for the file they had started and didn’t follow through with. When the new attorney successfully win the case Mr. Castelli put a hold on the profits of the case. He felt that they were owed a percentage of the settlement and we had to pay him a cut. They sent a letter declining us as clients and then came with hands out when a better attorney was successful. Shameful practice. I need to edit this since we were contacted by Mr. Castelli after leaving this review. He called my husband the day after I left this review and asked why I left such a negative review. He then told my husband that I should go on here and amend this. He stated that the reason our new attorney won the case was due to us using a structural engineer that he “suggested” we use. Funny thing, almost every attorney in the area uses this same engineer to assess the situation where a fall or personal injury has occurred. Our attorney that won the case for us had already contacted this engineer before he sent for the case file from Mr. Castelli. The right thing to do would be to return the money you demanded from our case. Just be aware that if you leave a review you will receive a phone call asking you to amend it.

If I could give this firm negative stars I would. My entire shallow experience with this firm, was miserable. I didn't know at the time, my opinion of Kahan would be that he is greasy. He was referred to me and represented me the victim of a Auto Accident. There were many terrible transparency issues the entire time of his poor representation, and I feel he did not give me the best representation possible. In fact, in the middle of the case, after I would not agree with what the responsible insurance company offered, he then dropped me as a client. It was almost impossible to find new counsel, but because of the Grace of God, I found another Attorney to represent me, as most attorneys are apprehensive about taking on dropped clients. Not only did the new attorney defend me with the best of his honor, but was able to get me what "I" felt compensation should be and asked for. The new attorney turned out to be very professional, honest and enduring and did not strike side deals with the insurance company to lessen any amounts owed to me the victim. Please remember you dont have to settle for less, just because someone thinks that's what your worth and can only get. If you feel in your heart you can get more, go with your own-gut instinct. I will admit, that after he dropped me, he dropped his fees also. Given the devastating nature of the circumstance it was the best thing he did to represent me as an attorney. He wasted months and months of my innocent time, duping me, and purposely injuring the case further, because of the statue of limitations and having to locate new representation before expiration. After all those months of hard endurance, I suffered because of the wreck, and during the tragic time under the poor representation of Kahan, the new attorney came on afterwards and attacked the situation very aggressively and I am very thankful to them.
