I am a senior citizen...over 70 yrs old. I filled out the online request for consultation. I had fallen in my back yard. In a few hours a nice gentleman at the Bend office called and spoke with me. He then assured me an attorney, Scott, would be getting back to me soon. Less that 2 hours later Scott called an spoke with me for some time. While a visitor to the state of Oregon in 2018, I was hit by a Yukon SUV as a pedestrian in a cross walk. My recovery took more than two years, and involved dozens of medical procedures, and as many billing and collection agencies. Amber Adeboi, the paralegal who coordinated the details of my case, which included correcting large and costly over payments on the part of Medicare, kept the management on track throughout the three years it took for settlement. There were times I would have given up except for Amber, who could always point out ways that Scott Mahady, the attorney in the case could--and would--handle whatever the sticky situation before us. Over the course of time, she often boosted my morale, and shored up my resolve to move forward with the legal tasks. She always expressed her gratitude for my patience, and promptness in communication. But in actuality, Amber and Scott were the pillar of patience and gratitude during the complicated proceedings. If anyone reads this review because they are considering a contract with DWC Attorneys, my experience leads me to believe there really cannot be a better fit available, for anyone, anywhere. From Reception , I believe her name was Marisol, (sorry if I got that wrong), to attorney this office is extremely kind, patient, friendly, Knowledgeable and professional. I had the pleasure of speaking with attorney Mr. Pecht and each time he was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and kind in his assistance. I do not recommend this attorney at all. I called for help and he was condescending, arrogant and rude. Obviously did not want to help me. He didn't even listen to me and drew his own conclusions. He interrupted me several times. I finally just hung up on him. Extremely unprofessional.

I was in a horrible hit and run while working for Lyft. I had no clue how to navigate it nor where to turn and Brian found me and not only did what he said he would but then some. Being hurt on the job is never a pleasant experience. Especially when you have been at your place of employment for over 10 years. I am an older worker. I can tell you the Workers Comp. in Oregon is broken. SAIF was the insurer on my case. With out Adam Reed, Esq. I would have been left without much recourse to move on. Mr. Reed fought for me, reassured me and most of all prevailed for me. Communication and the flow of information from the office and Mr. Reed was seamless. I think these was one of the key factors in the out come of my case. In these times it is great to know you have a lawyer who is on your side and is honest with you. This is a rare occurrence. The staff at his office was responsive and kind, thank you Mellissa. I could go on about how much distain I have for SAIF and Workman's Comp. The pain, mental strain and inconvenience I endured through this claim was staggering. The one bright light was my attorney. How many people can say that about a lawyer? I chose Mr. Reed mainly because he listened to me with genuine attention. He was very informative and gave me different options to deal with my situation. I went in his office with lots of worries and concerns and no idea what I was going to do. After our consultation I knew that Adam was who I needed to help me through my case. Lance is amazing. He has always been such a pleasure to work with. He is professional and he is patient in explaining the process and of course the things that you need to do. I honestly cannot articulate how amazing this attorney and office have been. I was in an accident, no fault of my own, and suffered a fairly bad neck injury that caused migraines. The insurance company was only going to offer me $2000 which was not even going to pay for the treatments I needed after settlement. Mr. Youd got me the MAXIMUM, which was 25k and another 25k for an underinsured claim. The amount was so unexpected, but it was 100% due to him and his office fighting for me. If I ever come across anyone who is injured in an accident, he would be my recommendation hands down. On top of the settlement amount, he only had a few months to file with the court before my 2 years was up (I had no idea what it would entail, so I waited almost the full two years before doing anything). If this man receives any review under a 5 star, do not listen to it, he's amazing.

Would highly recommend for people who don't care for any BS. I have been working with Andrew Blood for the past year and a half or so after suffering a workers compensation injury. He and his assistant are extremely helpful and responsive, I often received email responses within the day and it was easy to set up a tele-appointment within a week of needing to review information. They were very professional and to the point, which was greatly appreciated as this process, as I learned, is pretty confusing. They appealed on my behalf, were successful in getting my claim accepted, nothing negative to say

My mother injured herself at work and they told her she needed surgery. After almost a year of stalling from the insurance company and the lawyers, her surgery decision was changed. Lawyers were also changed without notice. Very unprofessional and very had to reach them.

first meeting went okay, after finishing all my paperwork and now just waiting to sign a some stuff they should of mailed a month ago they are dodging my calls I have called multiple times for 2 weeks every time I am told that they are busy and asked to leave a voice mail. I do and they never call back. These people don't care about you or how you feel and do not keep you updated with the claim, If you are looking for a Lawyer who keeps you in the loop and actually works on your case. do not go here, unprofessional is an understatement to the way I have been treated here.

Ryan Johnson fought very hard to get a fair settlement in my divorce. He was always straight forward with me. Never promised results that couldn't happen. I felt that he used his time efficiently and didn't overcharge me. Even after taking my case last minute before I was scheduled to go to court.
