Even tho we were rear-ended by an on duty county vehicle at 70mph, in what should have been an open and shut case, and months after convincing me of a "Payday" date, and with no remorse or help finding another attorney, he dropped my case after finding out you can only sue state and government employees for a cap of 200k... so it's not the million dollar case he once thought... Good luck.

Awful communication and lack of concern. Left in the waiting area while she left to take her dog home..getting a returned call/email is basically non existent unless you leave multiple messages..I DO not recommend this office to anyone. If I could give negative stars..I’d give 10. ????????????????

Jean is a top-notch attorney! I interviewed four other attorneys for my worker's comp claim, (with a very difficult diagnosis). Jean was the only one who asked me about my work, what I did in a typical day, not just the day of the injury. Ryan Johnson fought very hard to get a fair settlement in my divorce. He was always straight forward with me. Never promised results that couldn't happen. I felt that he used his time efficiently and didn't overcharge me. Even after taking my case last minute before I was scheduled to go to court. Ryan's assistant Abigail Martinez was very helpful in getting documents to me and my ex-wife's attorney. She worked late many times to get papers finished and delivered on time. I was referred to Johnson and Taylor for a consultation regarding a family law issue, and Don Johnson was not only professional, but also very valuable; he gave me some next steps to take, gave his retainer amount with zero pressure, and even said that I might not need to hire him. Would highly recommend for people who don't care for any BS. I have been working with Andrew Blood for the past year and a half or so after suffering a workers compensation injury. He and his assistant are extremely helpful and responsive, I often received email responses within the day and it was easy to set up a tele-appointment within a week of needing to review information. They were very professional and to the point, which was greatly appreciated as this process, as I learned, is pretty confusing. They appealed on my behalf, were successful in getting my claim accepted, nothing negative to say

My mother injured herself at work and they told her she needed surgery. After almost a year of stalling from the insurance company and the lawyers, her surgery decision was changed. Lawyers were also changed without notice. Very unprofessional and very had to reach them.

I have been dealing with them for the last few month and they have not done enough to help me win my case they just collected their money and do not want to further assist me I’m still dealing with my injuries amongst other health issues that I’ve developed since the injury and they don’t care about you at all I wish I would’ve looked elsewhere for an attorney don’t ever go to them they are unfriendly and don’t care about your well being

first meeting went okay, after finishing all my paperwork and now just waiting to sign a some stuff they should of mailed a month ago they are dodging my calls I have called multiple times for 2 weeks every time I am told that they are busy and asked to leave a voice mail. I do and they never call back. These people don't care about you or how you feel and do not keep you updated with the claim, If you are looking for a Lawyer who keeps you in the loop and actually works on your case. do not go here, unprofessional is an understatement to the way I have been treated here.

Lance did an amazing job for me after a "trip & fall" injury, which by no means, is an easy task. Lance is amazing. He has always been such a pleasure to work with. He is professional and he is patient in explaining the process and of course the things that you need to do. I remember the first time he gave me a little folder called my homework folder LOL. On top of being just amazing he has a great group of people that work under him that are amazing also. He was able to settle out not one but three of my cases and able to get me exactly what I deserve. Sometimes the cases take longer than usual and he is there every step of the way. I honestly cannot articulate how amazing this attorney and office have been. I was in an accident, no fault of my own, and suffered a fairly bad neck injury that caused migraines. The insurance company was only going to offer me $2000 which was not even going to pay for the treatments I needed after settlement. Mr. Youd got me the MAXIMUM, which was 25k and another 25k for an underinsured claim. The amount was so unexpected, but it was 100% due to him and his office fighting for me. If I ever come across anyone who is injured in an accident, he would be my recommendation hands down. On top of the settlement amount, he only had a few months to file with the court before my 2 years was up (I had no idea what it would entail, so I waited almost the full two years before doing anything). If this man receives any review under a 5 star, do not listen to it, he's amazing.

Being hurt on the job is never a pleasant experience. Especially when you have been at your place of employment for over 10 years. I am an older worker. I can tell you the Workers Comp. in Oregon is broken. SAIF was the insurer on my case. With out Adam Reed, Esq. I would have been left without much recourse to move on. Mr. Reed fought for me, reassured me and most of all prevailed for me. Communication and the flow of information from the office and Mr. Reed was seamless. I think these was one of the key factors in the out come of my case. In these times it is great to know you have a lawyer who is on your side and is honest with you. This is a rare occurrence. The staff at his office was responsive and kind, thank you Mellissa. I could go on about how much distain I have for SAIF and Workman's Comp. The pain, mental strain and inconvenience I endured through this claim was staggering. The one bright light was my attorney. How many people can say that about a lawyer? I chose Mr. Reed mainly because he listened to me with genuine attention. He was very informative and gave me different options to deal with my situation. I went in his office with lots of worries and concerns and no idea what I was going to do. After our consultation I knew that Adam was who I needed to help me through my case. My case was 2 1/2 years. We are late in posting this review, but it's worthy of a read. From the start, Craig was great to work with. His communication was clear and timely, and he was honest and direct about the possible challenges and outcomes. He helped my husband with an on-the-job injury that went sideways in a self-insured situation. We really valued his knowledge and expertise in this unique area of law. He was patient and did a great job explaining complex legal terms and processes. He asked for information and facts, but listened to my husband's frustrations as well. Regardless of the outcome, this was a great experience. We would recommend him to anyone struggling with a complex on-the-job injury that doesn't resolve after working with the Injured Workers Ombudsman's Office. Workers comp cases are tough, but Craig will help you understand potential options and outcomes.
