Julian Allatt, a sheriff a Probation officer, the head of probation and a judge all worked together to have what I would call an intervention for my boyfriend who sustained some major brain damage last summer in an accident. These cases take a lot of time and effort, but the end result was very positive for me. Not only did they follow through on every single detail, they were able to keep me in the loop and explain the process, pros/cons to different approaches we could take, etc.
