Idk who/why there is any negative reviews, but Laura Webb and her staff are amazing. I don't recommend.... I'm TELLING everyone she is who you want on your case! I am FOREVER grateful for her and her staff taking care of me & refuse to use anyone else. She is worth *every* penny!

Mark Hartsoe helped me when I was hurt in a car wreck. I would recommend him a thousand times over. He took care of everything for me. From setting me up with a good chiropractor to handling all the insurance information. I can’t thank him enough. He also called me once a week to keep me informed on my case and to check up on my well being. If you are looking for someone to help you with a car wreck suit, mark is the one to call.

My husband had a horrible auto accident in March, 2020. An uninsured person driving a rental car hit him head on. I was completely lost on how to proceed. I knew I needed help. I contacted Hartsoe law firm to represent me after a wreck. The initial response to my email was very quick. He handled my case promptly and thoroughly. My situation was definitely not normal and even with the pandemic happening and the chaos going on in our world, he was able to get this handled and get my settlement! He stayed in constant contact with me and gave updates as they came. Very straightforward and honest gentleman he was. I wasn't looking for someone to hold my hand and make false promises and baby me... I needed someone who could resolve this matter quickly and accurately. That is exactly what I got with Hartsoe. I was very impressed with the individual attention I received while retaining the services of Joe Costner. I was always made to feel as though my case were top priority and received updates as information became available. I also greatly enjoyed the diversity in perspective utilized by Joe Costner there are usually more than one Answer to a problem and Joe Costner truly utilizes all options.

I inherited an executors position that was a drama nightmare. There was a very real possibility the estate was going to be stolen entirely or locked up in court battle. Ms. Burrows helped advise me thru it and we were able to get it under control and avoid a much worse mess. She was recommended by a friend and i would highly recommend myself.

I have known Joe Costner for years and have used him. Joe and his legal team is the best you can get. And that not talk, that's the fact. If your looking for the best around , then you'll abtain Costner & Greene as your attorney. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Zach has always impressed me with his intuitive/common-sense grasp of the law. Couple that with his decisive, no-nonsense approach to litigation and you are part way to explaining why he is a formidable attorney. I worked with him for several years before our careers parted and learned quite a bit from his approach. Bottom line, he is an excellent trial attorney.

What a great practice top to bottom! It is not often you find a lawyer that is as good as Zack at being a person. He will take the time to understand you and your case along with making sure you understand the laws that affect your case. My wife and I received nothing less then a stellar performance! I have to say it's not often you can find anyone that can get you 98.6% of the maximum allowed by law on your case and settle it out of court! In our opinion you will not find a better lawyer. Do yourself a favor and talk to Zack (Mr Tenry) before making your final decision on who you want to represent you. You will be missing out if you don't call him is my opinion.

The Bond Law Firm is a professional and knowledgeable group to work with. I was in a terrible 4-car accident and was referred to this Firm in efforts to seek reimbursement for all of my medical bills not covered by insurance. Mr. Bond and his team went above and beyond working on my case to receive payment for my medical bills and more. Whenever I had any questions day or night I was able to get the information I needed. The Firm did all the work (paperwork, filing, phone calls, insurance calls, etc) and this helped me not stress about the process. Daniel Ellis is recognized as the go to guy in East Tennessee for security clearance work, which is a big deal with ORNL in our backyard. I would recommend Ellis and Ellis law firm to anyone who may need a great attorney. I hired them to write my Will, and Daniel was incredibly thorough. He was gregarious and diligent with his work, going so far as to ensure the Will was on the right type of paper! I also hired them to complete a power of attorney document and a health proxy, and they completed them all without hassle. I will definitely go to them for future legal needs. I met with him and paid the $400 consultation fee. He said it was going to be $6,000 to obtain him. I told him what I could pay and when I could pay. He told me a price to get things going, and set a monthly payment. I agreed to his terms. I had an appointment with him the following Monday to give him a payment. He reneged on our agreement, and said he needed the full amount. I told him I couldn't do that, and what about our agreed upon price and I asked what did I need to do. He said I should've gotten it in writing and told me to leave. This case was a labor related case. As I was reaching for the door handle he told me good luck on my next job cause I was gonna loose this one. I wouldn't recommend him not because he asked for the money up front, but because he has no integrity. I said what was on my mind and then left. After I calmed down I called him and HE apologized to me for his actions. In our first in counter he told me he would eat if he was stressed. He is by medical definition morbidly obese. I bet he's eating doughnuts or cake right now.

When I first made an appointment with Mr. Dreiser, I had just recently found out that I had a variety of autoimmune diseases that were affecting my ability to teach. Mr. Dreiser told me what he thought my chances of getting disability were based on my age and education level. He also informed me that if I didn’t win my case, I owed him nothing. I decided to proceed and often spoke with Sarah, his assistant. Mr. Dreiser and Sarah had their hands full with me because I think I cried about 90% of the time I spoke with either of them, as this was an emotional rollercoaster for me. Because of the pandemic, my court date was actually a conference call. I was a nervous wreck. But, when the meeting started, I realized very quickly just how prepared Mr. Dreiser was. When the judge asked where something was located (on the computer) that he hadn’t seen in my file, Mr. Dreiser immediately said, “It can be found on this page, this page, and again on this page.” I was SO impressed. And, at the end of the call, I was told I would receive benefits! I didn’t have to wait weeks for a decision. I’ll never forget that Mr. Dreiser looked at me and said,” Now you don’t have to worry about money anymore and you can now just focus on your health.” I didn’t see Sarah that day, so I called back a few days later to tell her how much I appreciated her and all her help. I am so glad that I chose John Dreiser and Sarah Turner to help me.

John Dreiser, took my disability case with the knowledge that I am very lacking in memory and organizational skills as a result of my trauma. He would personally call or have me come to his office to help me. I didn't have to worry about his fee as it was automatically taken out of my settlement. If I had any questions there was always someone there to answer them. He always kept me informed of everything that was happening with my case. I would refer anyone to this office and particularly John Dreiser.

Mr.Reed coming into my life during this time was truly a blessing. My whole life was changing, I was afraid and my emotions were everywhere. Mr. Reed represented me through my divorce, mediation and is still there for me today when I need help. If anything I’m surprised he wants me still as his client! This is how understanding he is. He understands we are not ourselves during divorce, he is patient and he will walk us through the process until we understand.
