Very disappointed this firm wasted a bunch of our time. I would highly recommend using someone else. This firm pretends to be working on our case, as they are really not doing anything. Laura Brown and her colleagues told us multiple lies about her experience in California. Also Laura personally stretched the truth and told us that a Doctor was analyzing our child’s heart strips; then almost a month later hadn’t done anything and said they were waiting on a “nurse” to get back to them. Could be another 2 weeks. When a families child is involved, I find it very selfish to drag us along, then drop our case the second we question them. Very unprofessional, very self centered.
