From start to finish the experience was had me with a great feeling. My Lawyer Albert Cabrera set me up with great doctors from my accident injuries. Three years ago I was rear ended and I decided to file a claim with this law firm and I completely regret it! I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. I submitted a claim with this firm three years ago and within that time frame they have only communicated with me two times. I have called multiple times and I can never speak to the attorney handling my case so I leave messages asking for updates on my case and they never get back to me. I'm clueless about what is going on with my case. They are so unprofessional. I have friends who filed cases with other law firms and they have informed me that their case only took about one year to resolve. It's been three years for me and there has been no progress. The lack of communication is unacceptable. By all means avoid this law firm!! I see that I am not the only one having this issue. Others have posted about their lack of communication and the time frame that it has taken. It is absolutely sad that we have to go through this. I ask that you please take action and correct this issue.

Alan is an excellent attorney who took my case from large personal injury firm in Dallas. The initial firm that I hired, drug my case out for years then dumped me because they didn’t see enough “value” in my case. Alan doesn’t just see $$$. Useless. These guys have a really unusual way of choosing their cases nevertheless it seems to me like they're very lazy and don't want to work. I had an employment law situation as well as a workman's comp situation and because of that it was just too complicated for these guys apparently and they passed even though everything I have is documented and I have recorded conversations......... Well they didn't really give me a real reason anyway they just gave me a blanket excuse and that should tell you right then and there you should probably move on if people are not willing to talk to you appropriately

If I could give 10 stars to Sandra I would. She has been everything I expected and more. Being involved with law my entire life I strongly considered handling my case on my own - looking back - I have no idea what I was thinking. Sandra is aggressive, productive, and efficient. She looked me dead in the eye and told me “I promise I will take care of you” and she has done just that. There has never been an email or a phone call not answered or responded to. I had called one morning on behalf of my sister while she dealt with trying to get things situated. Explained what had happened to her and told me that someone would call me back later that morning. About an hour later a woman called back saying not to worry, someone was still gonna call me back. Well, all afternoon passed and I decided to call back myself at around 3:30. Same receptionist answered and apologized and said they’d get to me. They never did. NEXT day, I decided to call one last time only bc my girlfriend had recommended these guys, so I call again around 9am and same receptionist answered and said he(some attorney) would call me back after the zoom meeting. Never happened. Thanks for nothing you guys. ????????

The past six months we have called almost every week we have faxed and this law firm does not answer I have personally gone to his offices on Cameron Street it is all locked up nobody’s there and nobody answers I tried that four times in the morning in the afternoon and in between good luck if anybody still dealing with this So-called attorney His cell phone number his office number and we have faxed him on the fax number the only one that does receive is the fax number beeps and received a fax but no answer from Chris Mayo

Mr. Mayo just concluded my case and I must say that I am very satisfied with the outcome and therefore I would highly recommend them to anyone whose been injured in any type of accident. In fact I recommended him to my Mom and she too is very happy with her choice. Mr. Mayo was very patient, understanding and kind to me and my family. HE listened, always called me back and I could tell he genuinely cared about me and the family. Mr. Mayo's knowledge was also very impressive, he reminded me of a smart professor - yet he was also a tough guy when it counted.
