It's good to know that there is good professional people and an honest caring law firm that people can turn to. Dustin Draper (who I had as my lawyer) ,Crystal Rodriguez and Jamie Dyer, were all really great and helped me during this stressful time. Pray that you get these people on your case. I don't know how I would have made it through all of this without the confidence of having them there to help me. Evey time I needed something I had it within 24 hours. I normally dont do the review thing, however I feel blessed and very fortunate to have had Attorney John Tyler represent my family. About two years ago my daughter Kara Dakota was in a horrific accident and was in critical condition. She spent a week in ICU at University Hospital. By far this was the worst time in my life a parents worst nightmare. Shortly after my daughter being released the medical bills started coming in like clockwork. Even with insurance my bills were close to half a million dollars. My wife and I decided to contact a lawyer to attempt to knock down the amount. We made a PERFECT choice and contacted Tyler and Perry Law firm. My wife and I met with John Tyler and were overwhelmed with his genuine empathy, concern, and honesty which I didn't think existed in a lawyer. John Tyler walked us through the whole thing returned our phone calls and emails and gave us updates. The Law firm of Reynaldo Diaz took care of all our needs during the COVID crisis. Car accidents are the worst. But thanks to Rey, mine led to the purchase of a new minivan that’s perfect for our growing family. When an Amazon delivery van T-boned my truck, it took me over a week to get any response from the insurance company. After learning it subcontracts all operations out to other companies, I feared I would never get anything compensated or repaired. If not for Rey and his 30 years of experience, I firmly believe I would have been ignored. He did all the work for me and kept me from losing my mind at the offending party. All I had to do was answer his phone calls and emails.

Phone consultation was weak and it felt like he did not listen to my pending criminal cases that I have. He kept interrupting and saying he wasn’t following along and I heard scribbling over the phone and he seemed frustrated. He right off the bat gave me his retainer and said he doesn’t work with family law. Didn’t work with my case since it all tied together.

If you're looking for a lawyer who is seriously going to fight for you, then you need Mr Troy Brookover. I will be honest, my case did take a long time to settle but only because of the uniqueness of the case. If you're impatient and just want money now then go somewhere else. However if you are looking to be VERY fairly compensated and want someone who not only will fight hard for you, but will also treat you as a person and not just a dollar sign then you need Mr Brookover. Not only did he show me that he really cared about me and my case, so did everyone else that was working directly on my case. My very first experience was with Ray who I shared my story with. He was so nice and helpful and anytime I had a question he never hesitated to answer my questions. I feel he personally went beyond what anyone else at another law firm would have. As my case progressed I started working more one on one with Mr Brookover and his assistant Stormie. She is another one that I cannot say enough about. She is one hard worker! As I've mentioned before my case was unique and needed the hand of someone who could handle all the fine little details with ease. She never once showed frustration or complained about having to work on so much with my case. She was there for me when I needed someone to just cry with or vent to get all my emotions out. She was so understanding with me. Encouraging, supportive and compassionate. Mr Brookover was there to hear me out. He never assumed anything about me. Troy’s office was beyond stellar in resolving my injury case. I work for a large insurance company and never had reason to retain an attorney. That all changed in 2017 when I was struck by an 18 wheeler. I endured two surgeries, one being a major operation and Troy and his team were always compassionate towards me. They were prompt with addressing any concerns I had on the case and always put my mind at ease. Because of Troy’s aggressive negotiations and extensive knowledge, my case was resolved very quickly. They have a lifelong client in myself and family! Should I ever need representation I will be returning to his office.

Mr. Brookover is in a profession where people hope they won't need his services, because if they do, it will mean they're dealing with pain of the literal and figurative variety. Thankfully, he and his team make dealing with the fallout of an accident as figuratively painless as possible. I was in another accident years ago, hit by a drunk driver, what should've been an open and shut case, and if only I'd been referred to Mr. Brookover then. The attorney I had at that time made everything such a hassle I might as well have handled it myself, but Mr. Brookover was like night and day in comparison, taking care of everything and making the entire process go smoothly. He and his staff were great about keeping me up to date and keeping the lines of communication open. I'd highly recommend this firm for anyone who (unfortunately) finds themselves in need of such services.

I have used Troy twice over the years and have been very pleased. Troy doesn't let the opposition tell him what to do. Troy tells them and they listen! I had a really great experience when I worked with Troy. He was very understanding of the situation me and my husband were in after our accident. At first I wasn't sure if we even had a case, but after our first meeting it was clear that we were victims, and Troy assured us that he would do everything possible to get us a fair settlement.
