I came to david s kohm and associates in dire straights financially. I was about to lose my vehicle. I spoke to Michael Berryman with the firm and I found him extremely knowledgeable, probably due to his 20 plus years working in bankruptcy. I would give him and the firm 10 stars if I could. I went to Kelley law after I was in an auto accident. Everything seemed to be going well until it was found I needed neck surgery. I was missing work which I was told would be covered due to the injury. I was told on 4-5 different occasions by Kelley Law that my surgery was approved and would be moving forward. When I informed my work of the needed time off I was let go. A week later I found out that from the surgeon that the person who hit me did not have enough insurance to cover the needed surgery. I have requested to speak to my lawyer handling my case 3 times on the last month plus and have gotten a call from 3 different people not one my lawyer. I am about to lose my home due to losing my job. I feel like this could have been avoided if they communicated to me in a better manner. Horrible handling of the case and of me as a client. I hate to but I feel like I must go get another lawyer to look into this situation and the way this has been handled. Don’t give this law firm your business.

I have not been satisfied with the service I have received from the Kelly Law Firm. I was sent to plenty of doctors after my auto accident. It was found that I needed neck surgery. Everything was moving forward and I informed my work that I would be having the neck surgery ad would need to have the time off once scheduled after being told by Kelly law 3 times that the surgery was approved. My work let me go because of the time I had to miss up to that point and the time I would need off after surgery for recovery. Then two days later I find out from the surgeon (not Kelly Law) that the other driver did not have enough insurance to cover the claim. It's been crickets since then from Kelly Law Firm. I have yet to receive a reason to how this could have been handled this way. Very unsatisfied with the service up too this point. This is the first google review I have ever done so I am not that type of guy. My advice would be to run from this law group. Thank you! Update: Several months later and still no change in service. Can’t get a call from my attorney (to be fair it has switched hands a handful of times) after several calls and attempts.

Mr. Malone and his staff are excellent, and very committed to making sure that all bases are covered. Dean Malone took my case 4 days before the Statute of Limitations after my previous attorney bailed out on me. Within those days Malone filed the lawsuit and committed to help me with the case. He had to fly out to El Paso on different occasions, collect some of my medical bills, and deal with the defense attorney which was only prolonging the whole case. All this work accumulates as attorney's fees; however Dean Malone waved all those fees and only charged me a discounted amount. I couldn't be any happier with my settlement. Dean Malone created a best case scenario out of my phone call to his office 4 days before the Statute of Limitations. I FULLY RECOMEND CONTACTING ATTORNEY DEAN MALONE, HE WILL GET THE JOB DONE!
