I came to david s kohm and associates in dire straights financially. I was about to lose my vehicle. I spoke to Michael Berryman with the firm and I found him extremely knowledgeable, probably due to his 20 plus years working in bankruptcy. I would give him and the firm 10 stars if I could. Hello to everyone. I just wanted to tell everyone that Bailey & Galyen are the best. This is a solid law firm. If you are ever injured on the job I would highly recommend them. Nowadays you just can't take the risk of workers compensation insurance doing the right thing. I was having a hard time getting my injury approved by the adjuster do to my employer slandering me. It was a frustrating experience especially when not having ever had to seek legal counsel . The staff was professional, however not helpful or informative during the entire process. I was definitely overcharged for what I needed. My case was very simple yet I was overcharged. I can’t even begin to make sense of the final bill charges. The initial consultation was amazing and I thought I was good hands. Glad it’s over.

They never pic up the phone. I've tried calling over 5 times since I first filed my claim with them. When I call the first lady always says that she can not get ahold of my department. Claims she can send an email to all these important people to let them know I called and to follow up with me. I am still waiting for a call back to this day. I understand that covid has slowed down this process but It has been 4 months and all I want is to talk to someone regarding my case.

The Franklin Law Firm helped me out amazingly in a rear end collision that caused me to have multiple herniated discs in my neck and back on the busy highway of 35 S. in Dallas, TX. After being a client of David Komie for years my case was given to another lawyer, I never saw David Komie other than one time, I never spoke to him again nor did he ever respond to any of my calls. The only good thing his office ever did was send my case to this lawyer Luke Dow who is a board certified trial lawyer, I was told that David Komie hasn’t gone to court in decades and that he doesn’t practice law, SO WHY DOES HE KEEP THE BILLBOARDS? Who knows, but all I know is that I was told that he doesn’t have the staff capable to go to court and that is why a lot of clients are being sent to lawyers that have experience. I am happy that my case was finally put on the hands of a capable lawyer that will work on my case. I do NOT recommend David Komie RUN!!!

So here it goes! I’ve been dreading making this review for YEARS but I’m simply fed up and TIRED. My case has been going on for 4 YEARS! I have been patient, I have done everything required of me, I have called, and left messages continuously and I’m tired of being ignored and put on the back burner. They have passed my case on to 5 different lawyers including Chris Morrow who just up & accepted another career in the middle of my case without even giving me a heads up. I had to find out through my new lawyer. I was rear ended by an officer ON CAMERA and absolutely nothing was done. Instead they allowed the other side to flip the case and make it about me instead of punishing the officer responsible. So yes the officer is still working and probably still rear ending folks. Years later I still sit here with a broken back and a broken neck in 3 places. No one has returned ANY of my calls or emails what so ever. I don’t even know the status of my case anymore and I honestly don’t care bc it isn’t worth it anymore. I’m finally giving up. It has been a stressful 4years. This case has taken everything out of me. My body May never be the same again, I may never be able to do the things I enjoy again. Now I’m being told that my current lawyer CASEY ARCHER is now working on someone else’s case. Again, I was not notified, got no returned calls, not even a heads up and this has been going on for 4YEARS!!! Will be 5yrs soon. They work on your case for 1-2 business days then a week later to no knowledge of your own, you now have a new lawyer. I just simply wanted my case resolved, medical expenses paid for, my neck & back FIXED and for the officer who rear ended me to be held accountable. If I were any other race, the case would have been solved sooner. But since I’m minority fighting a case against a guilty officer I have to go through hoops and loops to prove my innocence. I was let down and have been for years. I should have just stayed with Lorenz & Lorenz. This was by far the worse experience with a law office. Would not recommend. I wasn’t treated like a priority, or like I mattered. There was never any urgency. So to those involved, Chris Morrow, Casey Archer, David Komie, Larry, everyone! Thanks for letting me down once again. To anyone who is inquiring help from them, DONT. It won’t be worth it, and you are not a priority.

If you are looking for an attorney that is actually going to return calls and work on your case DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I contacted David Komie because of his billboards. I had been waiting for a return phone call for over a week. Today I called again and got the “he’s unavailable can I take a message”. Finally I got someone to call me back and I was referred to another lawyer who returned my call right away. I never got to talk to David Komie, he didn’t bother returning any of my calls!!

I found myself walking into, for the first time in my life, an attorney’s office. Komie and Morrow’s office. Let’s face it, you’re not having a good day if you’re seeking legal help. I was hurt in an automobile accident on my way to work just a couple of days prior. I was scared and overwhelmed. They made the entire process from start to finish as easy as it could have been. They’re professional, yet down to Earth, and were very comfortable to talk to. They fought hard on my behalf & they were very good about explaining everything to me throughout the ordeal. Mr. Malone and his staff are excellent, and very committed to making sure that all bases are covered. Dean Malone took my case 4 days before the Statute of Limitations after my previous attorney bailed out on me. Within those days Malone filed the lawsuit and committed to help me with the case. He had to fly out to El Paso on different occasions, collect some of my medical bills, and deal with the defense attorney which was only prolonging the whole case. All this work accumulates as attorney's fees; however Dean Malone waved all those fees and only charged me a discounted amount. I couldn't be any happier with my settlement. Dean Malone created a best case scenario out of my phone call to his office 4 days before the Statute of Limitations. I FULLY RECOMEND CONTACTING ATTORNEY DEAN MALONE, HE WILL GET THE JOB DONE!

Okay, I am sure you all have heard the stereotypical notions about lawyers. I too have joked around about this but I must say that when you need one, they're an amazing asset to have by your side. The WT Johnson team is the go-to place if you've been injured in a car accident. Dallas is a wild place and people here are so aggressive. When looking for representation we sought a firm that could somehow view things a bit from our point of view. I am very pleased with the attention to detail, the firm stance that the attorneys held in our defense and of course, the settlement in the end. Had we not hired representation, I am sure the insurance company would have made it seem like we owed them in the end. David Crowe rocked our world and I am thankful for having these guys go to bat for us.

Months after a head injury, the decision making process is oftentimes one of the last improvements. An injured brain is not visible and I did not understand why certain parts seemed ok while others were far from it. I had never hired an attorney before and made a very poor decision on the first one. After terminating that contract, I reached out to friends and co-workers for recommendations. It was quite humbling and I refused to see myself as some sort of victim. Eventually Pete was found. When options were limited from many angles, he had the focused and stable brain I needed. The other insurance company and attorneys stopped responding for some time but The Montgomery Firm persisted with the case and I was able to afford the legal fees, medical fees and still have a nice settlement left for my damages and inconvenience. I went to Kelley law after I was in an auto accident. Everything seemed to be going well until it was found I needed neck surgery. I was missing work which I was told would be covered due to the injury. I was told on 4-5 different occasions by Kelley Law that my surgery was approved and would be moving forward. When I informed my work of the needed time off I was let go. A week later I found out that from the surgeon that the person who hit me did not have enough insurance to cover the needed surgery. I have requested to speak to my lawyer handling my case 3 times on the last month plus and have gotten a call from 3 different people not one my lawyer. I am about to lose my home due to losing my job. I feel like this could have been avoided if they communicated to me in a better manner. Horrible handling of the case and of me as a client. I hate to but I feel like I must go get another lawyer to look into this situation and the way this has been handled. Don’t give this law firm your business.

I have not been satisfied with the service I have received from the Kelly Law Firm. I was sent to plenty of doctors after my auto accident. It was found that I needed neck surgery. Everything was moving forward and I informed my work that I would be having the neck surgery ad would need to have the time off once scheduled after being told by Kelly law 3 times that the surgery was approved. My work let me go because of the time I had to miss up to that point and the time I would need off after surgery for recovery. Then two days later I find out from the surgeon (not Kelly Law) that the other driver did not have enough insurance to cover the claim. It's been crickets since then from Kelly Law Firm. I have yet to receive a reason to how this could have been handled this way. Very unsatisfied with the service up too this point. This is the first google review I have ever done so I am not that type of guy. My advice would be to run from this law group. Thank you! Update: Several months later and still no change in service. Can’t get a call from my attorney (to be fair it has switched hands a handful of times) after several calls and attempts.
