If you call in you never actually get to talk to the lawyer. They asked me all the same information multiple times and scheduled return calls several times but never called when they said they would. After 2 days of wasting my time they said they don't take my certain kind of case even though they advertise that they do. In the end they referred me out to someone completely different.
