Our experience with Mike Love and associates was so much easier than I expected. Communication is essential during legal procedures and they definitely kept us informed. Derek Causey was experienced, professional and moral. He handled my case with integrity. My outcome was much better than expected and very timely considering the case was in the middle of the pandemic shutdown. Im not the type of person that ever expected to be in a lawsuit. I was referred to Hope & Causey by my husband who had previously used them for a case. Derek and his team didn’t take any time getting to work and pursuing my case and getting me the medical care I needed after my car accident. I didn’t have to lift a finger during the whole situation that is usually mentally exhausting and frustrating. I 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for a legal team to get the job done! They are all so friendly and efficient with communication and make sure you get awarded every penny you deserve! Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do they will be who I call!

Being the victim of an accident is both physically and emotionally damaging but that does not stop there because you also have to deal with the financial consequences of an accident that was "no fault" on your part, and the other party's insurance that will find every excuse to not pay your medical bills, which pile up very fast. He and his team will walk you through to have the insurance assume responsibility for the damages caused to you and your vehicle. You cannot ask for a more professional and knowledgeable team that is on your side to guide you and support you in the most personable manner. You can count on them to explain the process, answer your questions, advise you, but also check on you, regularly keep in touch with a card. I cannot emphasize enough the true caring that you will receive from Mr. Scott, Miriam, Morgan, and all his team. You are not a case number, you are a human being who needs help! I truly appreciate all they have done to help me. You can trust that they have your best at heart while they work on helping you!

From the very beginning of my experience with Patrick Scott and his team I have felt like I was always in good hands. Emails were always responded to within a reasonable amount of time, phone calls always answered and they never once failed to update me throughout the process. One of the staff members in the office, Maria was always and I mean always there to give support, guidance and whatever else it took to make sure their client was being taken care of. There was never a time where I felt like I made the wrong decision to have them represent me and I am very grateful for the guidance and representation they gave me throughout the process. If I had it over again there is only one thing that I would have changed: I would have called them sooner.

If you call in you never actually get to talk to the lawyer. They asked me all the same information multiple times and scheduled return calls several times but never called when they said they would. After 2 days of wasting my time they said they don't take my certain kind of case even though they advertise that they do. In the end they referred me out to someone completely different. When I recommended they don't advertise for that kind of case if they aren't taking them they responded its not that we don't take them we just aren't taking any right now.

Oh I definitely recommend them!!! They’re great. They were very informative. This was my first time getting a lawyer and they let me know what the expectations were up front and also throughout my process. Jason Holladay worked hard to get my the settlement that I deserved. Originally I wasn’t going to get anything back from the insurance company, but he fought hard until I got justice for the situation.

After my car accident I didn’t even know where to start. Medical bills were adding up, dealing with insurance companies left in right, etc. when I found wham and Rogers it was like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. They helped me through my whole case and were so helpful. I highly recommend!

I was rear ended and just thought the person who hit me’s insurance would do as promised. A friend suggested they were dragging it out for a reason and to contact Ms. Rogers ASAP, so I did. Wow am I grateful! Apparently the driver’s insurance said they would pay for my medical hoping I’d wait so long I couldn’t prove my injuries (and they were never going to front that money as they finally admitted). Without Ms. Rogers, they’d have gotten away with it! She helped me find proper medical care (which was an immediate help - I was really hurting, but I was trying to tough it out which wasn’t so smart). She kept in touch, worked really hard, was straight about the pros and cons at each step, explained what was happening, and got me a great settlement. I don’t usually think much of attorneys but she’s awesome! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Go here. They actually care and work really hard!

Exceptional law firm! I referred a client (for a different matter) here for a motor vehicle accident where he was injured. The professional and responsive attention he received was perhaps the best I have seen in my over 25 years of experience as a lawyer myself. I couldn't have picked someone more assertive, and yet supportive to the injured party. She helped him receive proper care, and promptly guided him through all aspects of his claim and recovery. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough, and in particular, am personally grateful to Ms. Rogers. If you're hurt - call here. You won't regret it!

I had questions about an ad Waldman Smallwood ran re a Zantac case. My info went to Tom Oxford, he left a message to call. When I did, he totally blew me off, no questions asked, saying they didn't handle these cases. Why the ad? Just tell the truth Tom Oxford. It's better than obvious lies.
