I hired Brandy Austin Law Firm in 2018 to represent me in my divorce. I never imagined I would have wasted so much time, and over $23,000 with this law firm for them to accomplish absolutely nothing in the 2 years that they had my case. The first issue was the amount of attorneys that picked up my case... I dealt with 5 different attorneys during this time. The first attorney never filed my temporary orders correctly, which cause more fees, and court cost due to this law firm never following through with the correct filing. The next few attorneys hardly did anything at all, but charged me over and over to get “caught up” on my case details. Oh, and guess what - each time they changed attorneys... there goes another fee for them to file to list someone new. At your expense!!! Finally after all of this Brandy herself took over my case, and ensured me that she would handle it until the end. Well guess what, she didn’t. She passed it over to the next attorney who wanted to once again charge me 5k just to get caught up on my case. Honestly, save your money and don’t waste your time here. They are scamming people out of their money with no follow through on their end. I finally was able to get a attorney who is consistent and is not trying to rip me off from every dollar possible.

Brandy will email you when a payment is ready. Her team is absolutely trash. I can tell the team I had is no longer with her firm. Go figure. I was involved with family and civil with this firm. They were absolutely terrible with everything. The only thing they were good at was emailing for payment. Lawyers were terrible. Didn’t care. Always had to tell them the same notes over and over again. Brandy the top dog was supposed to represent me. She didn’t and she probably won’t for you. It’s all talk. She/her firm cares about money and money only. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. EVER.

Brandy Austin Law Firm is amazing. The whole staff is amazing and are always there when I need them. They are handling my family child support and they are working hard. Emily and Samantha are always there responding to emails. Even if it is the next day. I always get a reply back. They have really been there for me even at 9pm at night or on a Saturday or even Sunday they have talked to me. They are very professional and make you feel at home. You honestly feel like family they are a great support system. Not one of them have been rude or disrespectful. Nor have I EVER EVER felt that I was not important. Or that they were in a rush with my case. Highly highly recommend them!!!!

I truly can't say enough about them. I was always treated with respect throughout the entire process. The team called regularly to pass on updates, and to ask if I had any other Dr visits. Attorney Brittanie Johnson, and her team, got me way more than I expected, in terms of service, and outcome. Hopefully I don't, but if I ever have another accident, she has earned my business. They fought tooth and nail to get my hospital bills lowered, and fought hard dealing with the insurance companies. If you are ever in an accident, I highly recommend Stoy Law to take care of you. You really don't have to lift a finger, as they gather all pertinent information related to your case. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They truly are a professional group. At no point did I feel like they weren't doing anything. Job well done!

My husband and I were hit my a semi truck in February. We went with a big law firm thinking they would take care of us and to our surprise we were very wrong. We felt alone and never got a response when we would reach out. Collin was recommended to us by our chiropractor and he and the team at Stoy have been amazing. Working with this Law firm was the best decision I could have made after I was rear-ended in an auto accident. I worked with Victor Rodriguez and his team in the Fort Worth office and it was an exceptional experience. After trying to fairly negotiate on my behalf with both my and the other parties' insurance company, we were headed to court. I wanted to throw in the towel many times but Victor reassured me that he was not going to give up and to be patient. He was able to settle my case out of court and in my favor. If you are smart, you wouldn’t look any further. The hype for Witherite and associates is an understatement, as everything, including the hype, is bigger in Texas. However, Witherite not only delivers, the attorneys and their team go above and beyond to make sure they bring nothing but excellence to the court room! These people definitely do their research, homework, extra credit, and totally make the other attorneys look like C average students by doing so.. (this is not a lie; I seen it with my own two eyes.) Both of my attorneys (especially Victor) did very well at helping the jury visualize the pain and suffering I have acquired due to my car wreck in 2016. It was a long, sometimes frustrating almost 4 years, but Victor and his team made sure I was always in the loop and knew what was going on in my case. I am excited that it has come to an end, but bittersweet because I grew to actually like these people like family. Lol Thank you Victor, Vicki, Roxanne, Angelica, and all the other people whom I had the please working with in the last few years. He became extremely unprofessional which left my disabled mother without a car. Police report clearly stated that the other driver ran a stop sign and hit me, totalling the car. Have way through he up and quit my case. He just wanted me to sue for medical so he'd get paid better. No consideration at all!

After my wreck, I had to rearrange my schedule and make room for chiropractor appointments. On top of that, dealing with the insurance company from the person who rear ended me and coordinating with my insurance, figuring out what would be covered and if I would be compensated for time lost. Anderson Injury Lawyers took my case and did not guarantee they could get me enough to compensate and might have to drop my case but they kept constant communication and helped with the insurance companies in the mean time which took a lot of stress off of me. After reviewing everything and following the end of my rehab, they were able to continue with the case and got me a fair amount for the time and injuries. I would highly recommend to anyone, even if you think you might not have enough for them to take on your case, it is worth doing the consult and letting them take a look. I was very skeptical and am glad I went with them. They would call me and email me and make sure I was updated and resolved the case quickly. Angelica was the main person I spoke with and she was very sweet, professional, and amazing at communication and following up with me. I can't thank Anderson Injury Lawyers enough. Highly recommend.
