I had a car accident, but didn't want to get lawyers/attorneys involved for the longest time. My husband was attacked by a friends pit bull that took his lower lip. We talked to our home owners insurance and they told Bobby Udall's firm about us. They were in touch right away letting us know if we would like them to help us they would. They were sympathetic, helpful and understanding from the start. They answered many questions and helped us with many issues before we had even decided to sign with them. It was a fight from the start. 15 years ago Melodie took our case when no one else would. It seems such a no-brainier when you are re-ended at 100mph on I-15 by a meth'ed out maniac....but insurance companies are crooks as are most attorneys. They cut deals and barter and trade. Melodie is not afraid to take on the system and fight for what is right. Great attorney and more importantly and great person!

I am very satisfied with the outcome of negotiations that Lowe Law Group, specifically, Dan Benzion, handled for me recently for an accident/injury claim for which they represented me as the injured claimant. Not only was Dan very attentive and kept me abreast of the status of my claim during the entire negotiation process, but there were a couple of snags having to do with a chiropractor who was not very timely or cooperative and an insurance company that was not trying to get things wrapped up quickly either. Tyler and Jennifer were just amazing especially under the circumstances of our case. Me and my wife were in a bad car wreck and they've been helping us along with this. I was in a car accident on the way home from work, my car was totaled and I had to be hospitalized for a couple of days. Eric helped me access the care I needed to reduce the pain I was in.
