I would like to write this review for my attorney Mr Dastan whom helped me on my accident case. I had a rear end accident dated back to Sept 2019 . My car was in serious damages as well as my health condition. After i got discharged from my health issues and my car was fixed decided to look around for a lawyer who can help me with charges, deductibles as well as my pain & suffer costs. Yes, Mr Dastan was the one. The moment i saw him in his free consultation i knew he will be my lawyer. Not only he exceeded my expectations for my reimbursement, he got me the best offer from car insurances. He is very responsive great attention to details, follow ups, etc etc . While I have never needed the services of Price Benowitz, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs legal representation. I have known Seth Price for quite some time, having met him through his wife. We used to work together. I have seen Seth in various social and work related functions. He is fun, kind, smart and passionate about his work. In making this recommendation, I'm struck by the words Google chooses for us to share what we like about this business. What about fair, dedicated, full of integrity. They were in the news earlier this year after helping secure the release of a man who spent 25 years behind bars for a murder he says he did not commit. They reached a settlement with the U.S. State’s Attorney’s Office in the case, as well. And lastly, please take a moment to look at the "Our Team" page on their website. In this age where many of us are yearning for equality, it is reassuring to see women and brown faces on their legal staff.

Years ago, we went to Mr. Young to have our estate planning or trust drawn. While he can make a lot more money with doing a trust, Mr. Young advised us to do a thorough estate planning, since our children are all grown. Before we went, we thought this practice will for sure break our bank. As it turned out, it was very affordable, very thorough and gives us total peace of mind. Mr. Young and Lucy Boerum, his paralegal are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and always available for questions. Throughout the years, this office has become my go-to place for any legal questions. It was my great fortune to connect with the MacDowell Law Group and to have Mr. Bhavik Patel represent me. My case related to a traffic accident where I was the injured party and my car was totaled. At first I tried to deal with the other driver's insurance company but after a few months I realized I hit a brick wall. Mr. Patel represented me efficiently and won the case. His skill dealing, in this case with insurance companies, is coupled with a friendly, professional manner. I never had to call him for updates he was the one to reach out to me. Mr. Patel laid out my options and gave me his professional advice, making it clear that I would select the course of action. Worst law group. My interactions with them was for the minor case that was handled by them but all they did quote: " The prosecutor too tough and hardcore and doesn't let us deal with them." I don't know if I'm going to the court in front of the judge or deals behind the door. Funny that they had my case for over over a month and all they did was just come to court with me and left before me... worst service ever. Even 1 star is too much

Excellent law firm! Had a meeting with the 3 attorneys that work out of here, and they each had a hand in my case. Mr. Mathew kensky was the attorney that ultimately represented me in my case, he did a superb job in presenting my case and defending me against the prosecutor. I was being accused of wreckless driving, plus 3 other related charges. I completed all the prerequisites asked of me by the law group and it definitely helped my case. Everything was dropped to a single improper driving charge. Which I happily accepted. Mr. Kenskys expertise and prolonged service in the courts has helped him create a wide array of connections among the police and the prosecutors. All of which helped my case profoundly. Hired Mr Freeman, but was dissatisfied. Waited to the day of my court date to ask for video surveillance. Felt as if he didn't even attempt to look into my case and just showed up telling me to take the deal instead of advocating for me. Nice guy, funny, but all in all money down the toilet and a charge for something I didn't commit.

I hired Mr. Lindsey to help restore my firearms rights in Prince William County Circuit Court. From the moment I initially contacted Mr. Lindsey he was professional, confident, and courteous. Prior to ever receiving a dollar from me he gave me an overview of the process and assured me that he could get this done. Fast forward to 10/9/2020 and we are appearing in circuit court. Upon our arrival we noticed an error with docketing on the courts behalf. Despite Mr. Lindsey filing all pertinent information in the correct manner, the court made a clerical error and did not have my case on the docket. The judge attempted to have this rescheduled at a later date but Andrew would have none of it! He challenged this point and advise everyone involved that he had made no errors and would like for his client (myself) to be able to have the right to a speedy resolution. The judge agreed and after a brief recess, signed an order restoring my rights! Mr. Lindsey is an attorney for the people and no push over. He will fight for your rights and pursue a resolution with tenacity. If you need legal representation, look no further, Andrew Lindsey is your guy!
