Where do I start with so much to say. Moody Law Firm has some of the hardest working lawyers & staff true dedication beyond words. They fought over 11 years to get compensation for my daughters pain an suffering due to negligence. I want to express my sincere and utmost gratitude to the Moody Law Firm. In particular William Moody Jr. and Julia. From the first day I had my first conversation with Julia and Mr Moody, I was shown nothing but compassion and sincerity. They were completely professional, compassionate, supportive and very quick to answer any questions or concerns through out the time we have been working together. Personally, myself and my husband could not have managed to overcome all the emotions and stress of this ordeal without their reassurance, diligence and support. But above all, without their thorough knowledge, representation and clear understanding of each step, process and challenge we faced, we wouldn't have made it through it. When you hear a lawyer joke, these are the guys it was made about. Often time you hear about slimy lawyers, but most, if not all, of the lawyers I know are nothing like that. Enter Will Moody and the Moody law firm, this guy should have a snake oil stand in the lobby. My wife hired him for transvaginal mesh case on the recommendation of someone who does business with them, obviously not a client. At first they were very cordial and seemingly professional, but after nearly 4 years of being in a suit with them they have repeatedly shown themselves to be very shady. Their staff will tell you one thing, then when you finally get to speak to an attorney (which is rare and take persistence), the attorney will tell you something completely different and then the court will send you paperwork that says they're both lying. They also insist that their staff refer to them as Mr., Mrs. and Miss Moody. Which makes it totally confusing to figure out who they're referencing and denotes a certain level of megalomania in their family. They were nearly impossible to get in touch with. At times refused to give advice on what action to take and bungled filings with the court, omitting pertinent information that led to a reduced settlement. What's more, is that I had a client who used them for a hip replacement suit and she told me how terrible they were and had been. I wish I had listened and found someone else. I cannot recommend you find a different attorney strongly enough.
