There are many good attorneys in NOVA, but I didn’t want a good attorney I wanted the best. That’s what I got with Kevin Locklin of Locklin and Coleman. From our first meeting I knew that the awards and honors he has and continues to receive as a top trial attorneys in the nation wasn’t just a onetime event or a fluke. Kevin and the entire staff of Locklin and Coleman treated us with respect, courtesy and like I was the only clients that they had. With his thorough knowledge of the law, courts and insurance companies he always steered me in the right direction, got me a settlement that was probably higher than if we would have gone to trial and received the maximum policy limits, including recovered moneys that we had never heard about. Reached out to Parrish Law Firm after having an extremely bad fall at Lowe’s and being angry that they did not follow up as promised to a) enquire how I was and b) discuss replacement of my glasses which were irrevocably damaged. Luckily my face was not but it is not a pretty sight. Looks as if I have gone a round with Mike Tyson! James Parrish contacted me by telephone and after a very lengthy and informative talk, it was decided that it would probably be a waste of time going against such a large company, especially as the only thing that was broken were my glasses but he was so helpful that if ever I need an accident lawyer, he would be my number one choice.

Mr. Whittington and Sarah Ayers are the absolute best. I am so thankful that our paths crossed. I just wish it had been under different circumstances. My mother was in serious car accident. I can't recommend Mr. Whittington and his services highly enough. After my family experienced a significant accident with a tractor trailer, I was at a loss on what to do next. Mr. Whittington and his paralegal Sarah Ayers walked me through what to do, step by step - never rushing me towards closing our claim - with their primary focus clearly on making sure I got the medical care I needed over a lengthy two-year period. I always had every confidence that Mr. Whittington not only had expertise as an attorney, but that he acted with my best interest at heart. I appreciated both John and Sarah's candor in expectation setting and presenting all possible outcomes so that I could feel knowledgeable about what was going on with my case, and that if there were any "surprises" they would only be pleasant ones. Hired Mr Freeman, but was dissatisfied. Waited to the day of my court date to ask for video surveillance. Felt as if he didn't even attempt to look into my case and just showed up telling me to take the deal instead of advocating for me. Nice guy, funny, but all in all money down the toilet and a charge for something I didn't commit.

It was my great fortune to connect with the MacDowell Law Group and to have Mr. Bhavik Patel represent me. My case related to a traffic accident where I was the injured party and my car was totaled. At first I tried to deal with the other driver's insurance company but after a few months I realized I hit a brick wall. Mr. Patel represented me efficiently and won the case. His skill dealing, in this case with insurance companies, is coupled with a friendly, professional manner. I never had to call him for updates he was the one to reach out to me. Mr. Patel laid out my options and gave me his professional advice, making it clear that I would select the course of action. Worst law group. My interactions with them was for the minor case that was handled by them but all they did quote: " The prosecutor too tough and hardcore and doesn't let us deal with them." I don't know if I'm going to the court in front of the judge or deals behind the door. Funny that they had my case for over over a month and all they did was just come to court with me and left before me... worst service ever. Even 1 star is too much

Excellent law firm! Had a meeting with the 3 attorneys that work out of here, and they each had a hand in my case. Mr. Mathew kensky was the attorney that ultimately represented me in my case, he did a superb job in presenting my case and defending me against the prosecutor. I was being accused of wreckless driving, plus 3 other related charges. I completed all the prerequisites asked of me by the law group and it definitely helped my case. Everything was dropped to a single improper driving charge. Which I happily accepted. Mr. Kenskys expertise and prolonged service in the courts has helped him create a wide array of connections among the police and the prosecutors. All of which helped my case profoundly. After being a victim in a devastating car accident and having a horrible experience with a dishonest at-fault driver and the craze that resulted with his insurance company I was referred to Dulaney, Lauer and Thomas - specifically Mr. Andrew Thomas. My first interaction with this firm was completely different from the others I contacted - beginning with my initial discussion with Corrina one of the Paralegals. She was so compassionate, patient and understanding - an actual human being that cared. By our second discussion before I went in the office to meet with the attorney she has already researched my collision and obtained the driving record of the at-fault driver educating me on his horrible pattern of driving offenses the past few years. This was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Within a week I was having an in-person meeting directly with the attorney (Mr. Andrew Thomas) versus a conference call or meeting with some other member of his staff like other law offices I contacted attempted to do when I initially contacted them. I knew as soon as I stepped in and shared my experience I was in the best hands - someone who was well respected, qualified, professional, compassionate and caring. Throughout my litigation process I was never made to feel like "just another client" communication remained free and open and my questions were answered within 24 hours or less. Mr. Thomas and his firm literally held my hand and thoroughly explained each step of the process which helped me to clearly and realistically set my expectations - and they did not disappoint me one bit. Years ago, we went to Mr. Young to have our estate planning or trust drawn. While he can make a lot more money with doing a trust, Mr. Young advised us to do a thorough estate planning, since our children are all grown. Before we went, we thought this practice will for sure break our bank. As it turned out, it was very affordable, very thorough and gives us total peace of mind. Mr. Young and Lucy Boerum, his paralegal are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and always available for questions. Throughout the years, this office has become my go-to place for any legal questions. Would definitely not recommend Paul as a divorce Attorney, seemed to be afraid to stick up to my ex-wife’s Attorney or take my case to Court. Missed something MAJOR in my divorce agreement that will cost me thousands of dollars EVERY time I go to see my kids and he and has assistant were belligerent and resorted to name calling while I was in their office. Definitely avoid using him.

Simply the Best! Paul goes above and beyond all other lawyers. He knows the “System” and works it to his advantage. Really, all other attorneys are a waste of time and money. You get what you pay for! That is a fact with Paul. My Ex has taken me back to court two times since the Final Decree and it is actually embarrassing for the other attorney. The money I have spent with Paul far out weighs what the witch was trying to get. It actually has become quite amusing watching the witch and her boyfriend squirm when their attorney is being reprimanded by the judge. I hired Mr. Lindsey to help restore my firearms rights in Prince William County Circuit Court. From the moment I initially contacted Mr. Lindsey he was professional, confident, and courteous. Prior to ever receiving a dollar from me he gave me an overview of the process and assured me that he could get this done. Fast forward to 10/9/2020 and we are appearing in circuit court. Upon our arrival we noticed an error with docketing on the courts behalf. Despite Mr. Lindsey filing all pertinent information in the correct manner, the court made a clerical error and did not have my case on the docket. The judge attempted to have this rescheduled at a later date but Andrew would have none of it! He challenged this point and advise everyone involved that he had made no errors and would like for his client (myself) to be able to have the right to a speedy resolution. The judge agreed and after a brief recess, signed an order restoring my rights! Mr. Lindsey is an attorney for the people and no push over. He will fight for your rights and pursue a resolution with tenacity. If you need legal representation, look no further, Andrew Lindsey is your guy!
