There are many good attorneys in NOVA, but I didn’t want a good attorney I wanted the best. That’s what I got with Kevin Locklin of Locklin and Coleman. From our first meeting I knew that the awards and honors he has and continues to receive as a top trial attorneys in the nation wasn’t just a onetime event or a fluke. Kevin and the entire staff of Locklin and Coleman treated us with respect, courtesy and like I was the only clients that they had. Mr. Whittington and Sarah Ayers are the absolute best. I am so thankful that our paths crossed. I just wish it had been under different circumstances. My mother was in serious car accident. She chose this team to represent her in the litigation process. I don't know if anyone who could have made her feel more at ease and confident. Her life will never be the same, but she was fairly represented and is able to move on with her life. They made her feel like family. I can't recommend Mr. Whittington and his services highly enough. After my family experienced a significant accident with a tractor trailer, I was at a loss on what to do next. Mr. Whittington and his paralegal Sarah Ayers walked me through what to do, step by step - never rushing me towards closing our claim - with their primary focus clearly on making sure I got the medical care I needed over a lengthy two-year period. I always had every confidence that Mr. Whittington not only had expertise as an attorney, but that he acted with my best interest at heart. I appreciated both John and Sarah's candor in expectation setting and presenting all possible outcomes so that I could feel knowledgeable about what was going on with my case, and that if there were any "surprises" they would only be pleasant ones. During such a long period of stressful medical issues, not having to worry about the legal aspects of the situation was a huge relief. Reached out to Parrish Law Firm after having an extremely bad fall at Lowe’s and being angry that they did not follow up as promised to a) enquire how I was and b) discuss replacement of my glasses which were irrevocably damaged. Luckily my face was not but it is not a pretty sight. Looks as if I have gone a round with Mike Tyson! James Parrish contacted me by telephone and after a very lengthy and informative talk, it was decided that it would probably be a waste of time going against such a large company, especially as the only thing that was broken were my glasses but he was so helpful that if ever I need an accident lawyer, he would be my number one choice.

After being a victim in a devastating car accident and having a horrible experience with a dishonest at-fault driver and the craze that resulted with his insurance company I was referred to Dulaney, Lauer and Thomas - specifically Mr. Andrew Thomas. My first interaction with this firm was completely different from the others I contacted - beginning with my initial discussion with Corrina one of the Paralegals. She was so compassionate, patient and understanding - an actual human being that cared. By our second discussion before I went in the office to meet with the attorney she has already researched my collision and obtained the driving record of the at-fault driver educating me on his horrible pattern of driving offenses the past few years. This was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Within a week I was having an in-person meeting directly with the attorney (Mr. Andrew Thomas) versus a conference call or meeting with some other member of his staff like other law offices I contacted attempted to do when I initially contacted them. I knew as soon as I stepped in and shared my experience I was in the best hands - someone who was well respected, qualified, professional, compassionate and caring. Throughout my litigation process I was never made to feel like "just another client" communication remained free and open and my questions were answered within 24 hours or less. Mr. Thomas and his firm literally held my hand and thoroughly explained each step of the process which helped me to clearly and realistically set my expectations - and they did not disappoint me one bit. I hope to never have another auto accident but if I do I will not hesitate to do business with Mr. Thomas again. Just to give you an idea of pleased I was with his services and the outcome of my case...I just welcomed my second child 8 weeks ago and instead of taking a much needed nap while the baby is asleep I wanted to use this undivided time to write this glowing review! Would definitely not recommend Paul as a divorce Attorney, seemed to be afraid to stick up to my ex-wife’s Attorney or take my case to Court. Missed something MAJOR in my divorce agreement that will cost me thousands of dollars EVERY time I go to see my kids and he and has assistant were belligerent and resorted to name calling while I was in their office. Definitely avoid using him.

Simply the Best! Paul goes above and beyond all other lawyers. He knows the “System” and works it to his advantage. Really, all other attorneys are a waste of time and money. You get what you pay for! That is a fact with Paul. My Ex has taken me back to court two times since the Final Decree and it is actually embarrassing for the other attorney. The money I have spent with Paul far out weighs what the witch was trying to get. It actually has become quite amusing watching the witch and her boyfriend squirm when their attorney is being reprimanded by the judge. Highly recommend and will use the next time she tries to squeeze money out of me. Thank you Paul, I am eternally grateful.

I worked with Alyssa Phillips for almost two years on a custody case involving my son. The entire experience was above my expectations. Everyone at the firm is excellent, from the amazingly friendly receptionists to her assistant Lauren, everyone is friendly and helpful. Alyssa is a phenomenal resource to have by your side. She is a straight shooter and told me from the beginning that while I had a case I did not have the proof required for a change in material circumstances, but she gave me the resources to get the proof required. Walking into court with her is empowering, she is well known and respected by everyone from the Judge to the deputies manning the door. She is responsive, knowledgeable, honest and empathetic. She did end up winning our case, and her skill in the courtroom definitely played a big part of that. I could not recommend her more to anyone in need of the very best legal service available.

Hired Mr Freeman, but was dissatisfied. Waited to the day of my court date to ask for video surveillance. Felt as if he didn't even attempt to look into my case and just showed up telling me to take the deal instead of advocating for me. Nice guy, funny, but all in all money down the toilet and a charge for something I didn't commit.

It was my great fortune to connect with the MacDowell Law Group and to have Mr. Bhavik Patel represent me. My case related to a traffic accident where I was the injured party and my car was totaled. Worst law group. My interactions with them was for the minor case that was handled by them but all they did quote: " The prosecutor too tough and hardcore and doesn't let us deal with them." I don't know if I'm going to the court in front of the judge or deals behind the door. Funny that they had my case for over over a month and all they did was just come to court with me and left before me... worst service ever. Even 1 star is too much

Excellent law firm! Had a meeting with the 3 attorneys that work out of here, and they each had a hand in my case. Mr. Mathew kensky was the attorney that ultimately represented me in my case, he did a superb job in presenting my case and defending me against the prosecutor. I was being accused of wreckless driving, plus 3 other related charges. I completed all the prerequisites asked of me by the law group and it definitely helped my case. Everything was dropped to a single improper driving charge. Which I happily accepted. Mr. Kenskys expertise and prolonged service in the courts has helped him create a wide array of connections among the police and the prosecutors. All of which helped my case profoundly.
