I hired Max to handle my case when I was involved in a three-car accident. Max was referred to me by a friend who had worked with him before. People, if you want to sign up with excellent attorney who is going to help you for life, please try to get Premier Law Group to represent you. I was injured in car accident in 2017 and found Premier Law Group in 2018. Jared helped me to settle and explained the steps he took, as well as why he thought the amount was correct. They care about their clients and know their craft. But after my case was completed in early 2020, I emailed Jared and contacted Premier Law Group several times with various legal questions, and they greeted me almost like their family member and provided a quick up to the point advice, plus referred me to other attorneys. Excellent firm and excellent attorneys, paralegals, assistants.

I contacted PLG to ask about minimum wage laws and got the answers I was looking for, even though they do not usually handle the employer side of things they were vary helpful. Because my consultation was so short and the fact that they don't represent employers they refunded 75% of the consultation fee to me. Awesome! Great law firm.

A long-overdue review for the great work Ray and Polonia did after a car accident I was involved in a couple of years back. I'd characterize my experience as excellent. Working with Ray was very easy. He was engaged and asked all the right questions. His laid back, guy next door personality shouldn't alarm you...he's persistent, tenacious and unafraid of the other side. It took some time to get "them" where we wanted them but, through it all, Ray was working the case, keeping me informed and putting the heat on. Finally, the case was resolved and I walked away satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Ray Brooks.

When I need a litigator, I start and end with Ray Brooks. He is an expert litigator and zealous advocate who, in a couple of cases, has gotten better results for me than I expected. Ray is as responsive as any lawyer I have ever worked with. He and Polona step willingly into the line of fire and take care of issues that most people dread dealing with--managing hospitals, insurance companies, other lawyers, etc. They have good hearts and willingly give their time to make sure matters are handled properly, including matters that are outside the scope of the pending case but are important to their clients. A respected neighbor gave me a recommendation, The Brooks Law Firm, for my two rear-end auto accidents that happened in less than a year of each other. Right from the first appointment, Ray Brooks scrutinized the documentation that I brought, and asked many detailed questions as his wife and assistant, Polona, took notes. He needed more information so I had my homework. Ray plays to win; he assumes he's going to court and plans accordingly. He doesn't just collect your accident information, file some papers, and go the final settlement meeting. Ray had a general idea of the monetary worth of my case. He and Polona have years of experience and know what they are doing. Polona kept track of all the paperwork and appointments, kept me updated, and explained what she needed and why without any pressure. Ray explained what the next steps were. He said what to expect and guided me through each step of the process: the deposition where my testimony was recorded and transcribed for future use (the attorneys for the other two car accidents asked questions of me), and the recorded medical evaluation with a neurology doctor and an orthopedic surgeon which took two hours. The day of the settlement meeting, the mediator went back and forth, not just once, not just twice, but at least five times between Ray, Polona, and myself in Ray's office, another room with the attorney & their client for the first accident and another room with the attorney & their client for the second accident. I thought the end result was fair. Because of my "outstanding medical and liens" to repay the insurance company, I would not have gotten that much; Ray negotiated with the insurance company for a much more favorable repayment rate. I was very pleased with my settlement.

I find it difficult to rate a law firm. The lawyer I'm working with and his clerks have been good about laying out the strategy for my case and responding to my inquiries. I believe I have won my case (don't have the ruling from the judge yet), but the are so many variables and people that influence that result (primarily the judge) it's hard to assign credit to the firm, even though it does influence my impressions of it.

In 2015 I initially employed Lehmbecker Law Offices for a No-fault auto collision personal injury. While in the midst of my case, I was struck again. No-fault auto collision. Talk about confusion..! NOPE. These folks had it UNDER CONTROL for me. Elizabeth an Robert.. this is my public thank you. Wait I'm not done. Few years later I hurt myself at work and was bullied by my employer. So I hired Lehmbecker Law Offices again and of course everything takes time but Robert K, Tom M and Anna again your help is priceless. I was unfortunate to have been struck and injured while riding my motorcycle. Adam Trotsky and his assistant, Erika Le, have been the most helpful navigating me through this nightmare situation. They have looked after my best interests, and that my insurance policy was maximized. My case was particularly difficult, not only that the other had minimal insurance coverage, both of us were insured by the same insurance company. Right from the start, and because my insurance didn't have third party to go after, they were not working in my best interest but rather in interest of reducing their own cost. McNeese & Trotsky made sure that I was being treated fairly and compensated for my injuries. I met my Lawyer, Elena Elizabeth Tsiprin while visiting her for a different case. She mentioned she also deals with accident cases. I had been an accident the year before. I was feeling lost and as if no one could help me with the pain I was feeling. I did not know my rights and believed that I was going to have to live with pain for the rest of my life.
