I contacted Mr Parven for a speeding ticket in which I was charged with a class M3 charge for criminal speeding. I hired Suzette to handle my child custody case, which she initially said she was confident I would win. I spent a good month of my time working on my defense. At the very least, she told me she would achieve a “50/50” parenting plan for me. However, shortly after receiving my money, she became absolutely spineless and represented me so poorly that I was granted only 2 days a week with my daughter plus court ordered child support. Undoubtedly, I would have been much better off simply representing myself. In addition to swindling me for a few grand, she also refused to refund me $45 for a parenting class I was double charged for. Her husband may be a decent lawyer, but Suzette is simply awful. If you have a child custody case, please take your business elsewhere. She is dishonest, her communication skills are severely lacking, and she was actually trembling while speaking to the judge at my hearing. She may have a few years experience in law, but is is a very lousy attorney.
