Glad to see there are so many good comments. I hope they are really coming from the great jobs and not a result of deal. They are not treated like me: take the money and could not work like an attorney. I knew the other party conducts like a gangster. However, in my opinion. a real good attorney should work ethically under all the situations, including facing the pressure of power and money.

There was a time when I did not want to move forward with my case because of personal and family issues. I've had Robert and his daughter as my lawyers a few times. They both are good people and are very good at what they do. The only problem I have is when the case is over in their eyes you can't reach any of them if you need something. With my last case being dropped I need a clear copy of the property the police took,the carbon copy is so bad you can hardly read it. The officer told me only my lawyer can request a better copy. So I've been trying to reach Robert for close to a month now and all I can get is a he's not in the office,or he said he will call you back,which never happens. And that's the only thing I truly dislike about the firm.

Mr. Caraves was able to dismissed my DUI charges and i violated my probation and he dismissed that too. I didn't have to go to court, no community service, nothing. In short, Jeffrey was amazing to work with and he would be my first choice should I need legal counsel again. I don’t have much experience with attorneys and the exposure I did have was with my family’s representation in the past. He had since moved on to become a judge and I needed new counsel for a 3-pronged expungement case. I was looking for someone that felt trustworthy and able to communicate promptly AND in a way I’d be able to understand. I’m happy to report that he established trust and demonstrated amazing communication skills right off the bat. It really felt like he would fight for me. Even though the domestic violence charges against my husband were dismissed by the DA and we weren’t able to retain Robbi’s legal services, she was so knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Attorney Robbi Cook is a very professional attorney. She was honest and fair and did not try to take advantage of my desperate situation. She kept me advised every step of the way. (My son got arrested in Oakland while visiting... I live in Texas). I interviewed about 3 other attorneys and as a mother I went with my gut feeling, despite all 3 attorneys having the same great reviews. Marcia was recommended to my by a trusted friend for a complicated matter that I had gotten myself into.
