Called a number of firms. This was the only one to answer. Chelsey was knowledgeable and they were willing to wait for me to get there. Court was the following day so there was a bit of panic. This was for a restraining order for a false allegation of domestic violence. Met with David Wallin & he had a plan.Have been working with Bart as our assigned Attorney & Chelsey as the best paralegal in my opinion. This was for my Son. They have filed everything needed and my Son went from extremely worried to being able to finally breath & feel that the truth was going to be enough. I was amazed by the professionalism of the staff at the Law Offices of David M. Wallin. We had a relative out of the country that had trouble entering into the U.S. due to an outstanding bench warrant that was issued some time ago. David Wallin and his staff immediately took action on the case and within a week convinced the judge to recall the warrant and on top of that, the case was terminated by the judge. Newman & Allen was great help to my legal issues. The whole team works their best to help me out and is always there for me if I am worried or had any questions. In times of Uncertainties , you need a Law firm that is going to give you the best legal representation for your situation and problem. This law firm does just that. They respect a person with no judgment and really puts forth an effort to get the best legal defense for you. I really don't think the money is top priority for them because they are willing to work with you. I cannot recommend this team of legal experts enough!!!! Please give them a call! They were incredible. Anna Torres was the sweetest most informative person I have spoken to regarding my case. She went above and beyond to steer me in the right direction with such knowledgeable and educated responses. They actually care about their clients, and are truly there to help. They didn’t want my money for what ended up being half an hour long conversation on the phone my first call. Everyone at one point or another makes a mistake they wish they could take back while enduring the repercussions of their act. When the law is concerned, the fate of ones’ life can seem to be decided as nonchalant as a casual business conversation. In my case, I revealed my violation when I was applying for the police department to prove my honesty and show that I was ready to start making a difference in my community. My interview soon became an interrogation, and not long after I was charged with three felonies. When I came to Tom Medrano with my case, he immediately began to draw up a plan and described everything in detail what he would do. He used simple anagrams that explained how to go about dealing with the situation and gave counsel with the sense of optimism I needed. Most importantly, by the impression I gathered, he could empathize with my predicament whereas the justice system only made me feel like an outcast among society. I followed instruction by seeing the therapist and psychologist he recommended personally. At the final hearing my case was dropped to a single charge, with no jail time, and a short period of probation. I felt like I could finally relax after being so stressed from the matter. I was very pleased with all Tom had been able to work out. Not only did he reduce the typical sentence, he was able to arrange for a second set of terms. Halfway through my probation we would return to court, reduce the felony to a misdemeanor, discard the remaining time of probation, and expunge the charge from my criminal record. Just as he had planned, the court agreed to dismiss my case. I want to thank Tom so much for representing me and all his hard work. I feel confident I can move on with my life without the burden of my past hindering my future.

I was charged with my first dui with gbi and I was terrified after finding out the possible punishment I could be facing. I spent countless hours researching, vetting, and interviewing attorneys following my DUI incident. Unfortunately, too many DUI attorneys prey on the uninformed with fear tactics and unrealistic promises. A close family friend who works as a Public Defender forwarded me several referrals that ultimately ended with "Richard Hutton - he's expensive, but he's the best." After meeting Rich in person, I understood exactly what she meant and retained him for my case. I can confidently say that I made the right decision. Rich's rapport with the DAs and staff was evident at every court appearance. When the situation felt hopeless, he worked relentlessly to come up with a creative resolution. It was a painful experience to go through, but in hindsight I don't think it could have worked out any better. Nothing is guaranteed, but you are doing yourself a huge disservice if you are charged with a DUI in SoCal and don't spend the time to at least consult with Richard Hutton. Best of luck.

All these positive reviews for what ? This incompetent lawyer couldn't even get a reduction for a old case and then the state law ended up changing to reduce it anyway , was just anxious to collect another attorney fee for nothing . His disrespectful assistant will try to ask for your social security number which no lawyer ever does which is even more concerning. Now have to go to arbitration to get my funds back. All in all do not trust this lawyer for your case in any hopes of a positive outcome. Pathetic.

There are times in our life when we are thrown into challenging hard times. Wondering how do I get through this or even how did I get here! Well Mr. Paul Geller was that guiding light. He provided the answers and hope I was searching for. As we know the judicial system is not always perfect and doesn't always protect the innocent. Being falsely accused of domestic violence and arrested for it was disheartening and scary. I actually got to see first hand how the law can be turned around and work against the innocent. This is an accusation that can destroy a person's life and reputation. I knew I just couldn't trust anyone to hold my future, my life in their hands.
