This would've been my second excess of 100mph charge. After the first one I got when I was 18 I didn't wanna find out what a second offense would be like. License suspension, $1000 fine, 3 points on my record I didn't wanna take a chance. I called David met him at his office for a consultation. I decided he's the guy for the job. The day of the hearing he calls me while I'm at home and tells me the good news. Case dismissed! I couldn't belive it. Mr.Dastrup, going forward will be the attorney I would recommend to friends and family as well as for me if I run into trouble again.

I got a speeding ticket on a street near my house. It was my first ticket in 7 years, so I assumed that I could go to traffic school to avoid having the ticket appear on my record; but when I logged on to the court website to pay my ticket, it said that traffic school was not available to me. I found out that the speed recorded on the ticket was 1 mph more than the amount permitted for traffic school. So I looked online to see if there was a traffic ticket lawyer in my area that might be able to request traffic school for me. I called the office of David Dastrup, in Long Beach, and left a message with the receptionist. Mr. Dastrup called me back right away and answered all of my questions. I told him that this was my first ticket in 7 years, and he explained to me that the amount of time between tickets wouldn’t help me in court; he said that many people go for a long time before getting a ticket… it doesn’t always mean they didn’t speed the entire time… it just means they hadn’t been caught yet. He did say that he might be able to request traffic school and possibly even lower the fine a bit. I told him that I was only concerned with keeping the ticket off of my record, and not really that concerned about the fine. The fee he quoted me for his services was much lower than I expected, so I jumped at the chance. Mr. Dastrup has an online portal for sending/receiving documents and for messaging, and he was very good about keeping me updated on my case, via the portal. After my trial (which I did not need to attend), Mr. Dastrup called me and told me that he was able to get the judge to lower the speeding amount so I could go to traffic school, AND he took almost 2/3rds off of the fine amount! I couldn’t believe it; I thought for sure that I would end up with the ticket on my record for years, and that I would be saying to myself, “Well, at least I tried.” I could never have accomplished this without the help and expertise of Mr. Dastrup. Thanks to him, the results were above and beyond what I expected. Mr. Dastrup is very knowledgeable, friendly, a good listener, great with maintaining communication, and charges very reasonable fees. Highly recommended!

Just wanted to give another shout out to for getting my criminal case dismissed. I already said this but so grateful in the new year. I know they said this doesn’t always happen but it worked for me. Simply put, stuff went wrong accidentally and I needed help. I didn't know what to do at first but remembered my friend had hired an attorney for speed contest racing and license suspension in Los Angeles. Apparently that's a crime. So he hired this lawyer. He got his drivers license back. My fried said he was super helpful so that's why I called Dave. He explains a lot. Let me know what was happening. Did the job. Thanks Dave!

Decio is the best! CASE DISMISSED!! Not to knock my Public Defender, but she had already written me off after a 90 second conversation, and told me I should plead guilty to a deal without asking more than 3 questions. I almost just accepted this, but knew I wasn't guilty and decided not to be a victim of the system built to protect me. I first called Decio to ask his opinion on my case, and I immediately felt he was invested in finding out the full details and did not jump to any conclusions. After our brief 10 minute phone discussion, he laid out a few ways he thought the case could go, but offered to meet in person the same day to provide a more in depth assessment. We met at his office, which is very warm and welcoming, and went to a private conference room where for about 30 mins he and I discussed the case, after which he told me how he thought he could best fight the case for me, and that all hope was not lost as the Public Defender had made me feel at my initial hearing. His confidence in me and what I was telling him convinced me he was going to be not only my best chance at a fair outcome, but to deal with someone who looked at me as an individual, not just another case number to get through. Throughout the case, Decio personally reached out to me at least a dozen times to keep me up to speed, to ask for meetings, info, etc.... I never once had to go looking for him. When he explained something over the phone that I just wasn't sure or clear about, he always invited me to come meet at the office to work through things, always reassuring. The longer our relationship grew, the more I could feel him becoming personally attached to my outcome, and it really felt like I had someone on my team who wanted not only the best outcome for the case, but for my life moving forward in general. If you're on the fence about whether to hire a private attorney, I can't say enough good things about my experience with Decio, and am so very certain now making the call to him changed the path my life was headed. With the public defender, I'd be living the rest of my life with a conviction and the stigma and shame for something I wasn't guilty of. With Decio, NO CONVICTION, CASE DISMISSED! And also, just as important, I don't feel like a helpless civilian who can be railroaded into guilt, I know that if you have the right help, you can push back! Thank you again for everything Decio!

I had retained Decio, based on recommendations just like this one. It was the best decision i had made and Decio was worth every penny. I was dealing with a situation much bigger than the case itself, as i could not lose, or i would lose my career. Decio guided me through the entire process, eased my fears, however set real life expectations. Decio knows the law and the system and will manage your case from different perspectives. Most importantly Decio made me really feel that he cared and would do whatever it takes to fight for my rights and civil protections. He is highly responsive and always returns calls and emails within a few hours. My advice, be completely and 100% honest with him, as he is only as good as the information and honesty you give to him. You are paying him to develop a winning strategy, so tell him everything, regardless if you think it is irrelevant. And yes, Decio was able to get my case dismissed. Simply the best!

Recently was in California helping a friend move and I ran into some trouble.. Based on my research online I reached out to Mr. Anis based off of other reviews I have read. Being from Pa I had to do everything over phone call and email. Mr. Anis was really quick upon answering with sound advice regarding my legal matter. He also was able to break down the law into normal person terms so that someone without a law degree would be able to understand everything. He answered the many questions I had (considering I was out of state) and he did it as if he was a good friend and not someone who you would potentially hire. You can tell just how sincere Mr. Anis is in his work. He wants what is best for you, and based off of the other reviews I have read he gets results as well. Being a recent college grad Mr. Anis was very upfront with me on what it would have cost me and said he was willing to work with a payment plan as well, which would have been extremely useful to me. Luckily for me, my case ended up being dismissed. However with that being said, if I could get a message out to anyone reading this it would be that Mr. Anis is a standup guy who will be very honest with you, but he will get you results. I couldn't thank him enough for the time and advice during this very stressful time.

I had some legal issues I needed help with and I was living abroad at the time. I was really unsure about who to use and was getting various quotes and opinions from so many lawyers. Many years ago Mr. Hill helped me with a legal matter that I was dealing with. I did not understand all that was going on, and I must admit that it was hard for me to let go of the control I had held on to so tightly. and trust someone else with my life. I had a lot going on, I was dealing with divorce, and some other stuff at the same time. I am glad that I let Mr. Hill handles some legal matters for me. After we both tested each other to see what the truth was I felt comfortable using Mr. Hill services. There were still some things that I had to handle on my own. Plus, even though Mr. Hill charged a fair amount for his time and service, I had limited financial resources. I am thankful for the part of my legal matter the Mr. Hill was able to resolve. I would highly recommend Mr. Hill. Even if you don't fully understand his methods, Mr. Hill is worth letting go of the 'control'. He knows his job, and is a good lawyer. At times Mr. Hill feels under appreciated, but he still does his job. It may seem as if it's all about the money for Mr. Hill, but that is not the case. He thrives on winning. He reminds me of every sports player I have ever seen play. The sports player goal is to win the game. A Lawyers goal is to win the case. Different area, same goal. Win or lose. It's all about how you play the game. Mr. Hill plays with a winning spirit. That is someone who I want on my team. The victories are much sweeter, and the loses...well you win some. you lose some. you regroup, re-strategize, and you play again.

I strongly recommend Greg Hill & Associates if you have been charged with a traffic violation. His knowledge is extensive and incredibly well explained. After speaking with Mr. Hill he was able to provide me with several options to lessen the then potential punishment I would receive through his past experience and knowledge on these proceedings. I had three prior felonies that I wanted reduced under 17(b). After numerous hours of internet searching, and consulting with three different lawyers, I was told that due to a receiving a prison sentence, it could not be reduced under 17(b). I found Mr. Hill. He said that it depends on the judge. He was right. I retained him and he got them all reduced under 17(b). His price was amazing for what he accomplished. I am incredibly happy to have found Mr. Hill. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Hill to anyone needing comparable results.

If you are facing a difficulty like I did just 6 months ago, please read this review because Martin might be able to save you. I'm using my personal account so that everyone can know this review is a genuine and coming from real experience. I was involved in a very complicated situation and was facing some serious consequences due to my status as an F-1 Visa holder. I spoke to many different lawyers, and I can guarantee you that many lawyers are not really interested in person who you are, or about the truth of the matter. I honestly wouldn't recommend this lawyer or his law firm. This lawyer has too many cases that can't keep up and help his customers as he should. I had a case with him for 6 months and during this time he never did any kind of investigation on my case. He cancelled appointments in very short times or he wouldn't be at his office at appointment times. He will call you only when he wants more money. If you have a loved one that he is representing, i ask you not to choose this lawyer. He and his firm will try to pursuade you that he has is great and has all the experience to help you with your case but will not do their job. Please look for someone who is profesional about his job and representing his customers. Surprisingly after three years I get reply for the firm about taking a look at the case! After three years a love one can be serving a long sentence or even life because of the bad service that you provide for your customers that you charge to represent. If you don’t have the staff to represent your customers, stop been so money hungry and taking on cases when you can’t represent your clients.

From the moment I first gave them a call, all the way up until my case had been closed, the team at the H Law Group was the most professional, and responsive organization I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Marshal was amazing in calming me down and explaining some of the unknown specifics about my charges, and well past midnight I might add!
