I had a felony case in CA that haunted me for 3 years and for the first time ever, I was concerned for my future. Over a 4 month period, I spoke to more attorneys than I could count on two hands; some I was able to get a hold of and some I couldn't even get past reception. I was not very keen on spending thousands only my defense lawyer and not even be able to speak with them. When I reached out to Ron, I was attended to within a few hours. This is exactly what happened to me and if this doesn't already tell you about the character of this reputable attorney then check his website and these raw and heart warming reviews. I was involved in an auto accident that was my fault and because I was afraid and acted out of that instinct I was charged with a hit and run felony, even though I returned. When I thought all hope was gone, I met this man of God by divine intervention! I was searching for criminal defense attorneys in OC and he was the first to pop up! I was initially facing 6 years in prison for a felony DUI with injury. I had found Mr. Tucci from a friend of a friend, who highly recommended him. Mr. Tucci represented me for many years from a DUI, which made life very stressful and challenging for a long time. However, he never gave up no matter how challenging things got and was able to get me two dismissals from the same DUI after the first dismissal was overturned. Getting a DUI is not a fun experience and was actually pretty scary for me. I did a lot of research on Google before I decided to go with Josh. I did interview 3 other law firms and what I appreciated from Josh and Lily was how much effort they put into easing my fears about my first DUI. The other lawyers were trying to scare me about possible jail time and really using the scare me tactic to hiring them which I thought was mean and cruel considering I was genuinely scared. To put a long story short and the end of the day I was represented in a way that I was happy with the outcome of my case.

We chose this law office due to the reviews on here but were sadly misled. It has been nothing but a pain to deal with when it comes to the secretaries and/or front staff at the office. The attorneys are great and acknowledge all questions and issues. However, they let their secretaries do all the emails and forwarding from the courts which led to a lot of miscommunication, frustration and more money being spent on our end for little things that was not stated to us through emails. Overall we were sadden when it came down to the outcome of our case since we were told that they could help out veterans. This is in no way to say this was a bad choice, we just wish the staffing and communication was better so this process could've been smooth and stress free.

***IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING AN ATTORNEY ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE YOU NEED TO STOP LOOKING AND USE RUDY!!!!!! YOU WILL NEVER FIND BETTER!*** I needed an attorney a little over a year ago because I made a foolish decision to take something that want mine from a major retail store In an amount over $950. ???? Finding Rudy was easy because after searching "Best Defense Attorney for Veterans in Orange County" he was everywhere and his reputation precedes him in every single manner. From day one Rudy took time to listen to me, talk it out, and my biggest fear was the retainer given his credentials (definitely research them if you haven't because he is rare) and history in the courtroom. I was shocked at not only how fair his rates were but how willing he was to work with me on what I could afford payemnt wise. HE DID SOMETHING THAT NEITHER I NOR PRETTY MUCH EVERYONE IN COURT HAD EVER SEEN ON THE FIRST DAY AND I KNEW THEN I HAD THE BEST ATTORNEY MONEY COULD BUY. There was a confusion about an old case I had which the DA absolutely did not like and I was supposed to be arrested for it. The DA didn't like me too much at all I guess from day 1. Lol ???? I found out about this the DAY OF court and started sweating bullets as I knew I was going to jail if even for a book and release. NOT WITH RUDY. He literally had a bail bondsman already there with us and while I see the two officers getting up to come detain me, he somehow got the judge to agree to let me sit up in the courtroom until bail was posted for me. Even the cops looked confused like their birthday was taken away. AND his guy worked with me on payments without question because of Rudy's vouching for me. (I wish I remembered the bail company so I could recommend them) Long story short, I had some delays due to coronavirus but he managed to take 1 Felony, and about 5 or 6 Misdemeanors (I got them while on bail. Driving with suspended license.....x3 ????, and a few others) and had Every...single....thing......*wait for it*...DISMISSED aside from the felony which was dropped to a misdemeanor with bare min. in restitution allowed, no jail time, and a small 10 hours of community service!!!!!!! What he did, how he did it, and the respect he has from every single person when he enters the courtroom makes you feel like you retained Superman or some type of high powered celebrity attorney. I am baffled at how humble he is with his track record and can only hope this review might save you time and a criminal record, as well as the smallest way I can pay it forward to Rudy. I will forever feel indebted to him. You will never regret hiring him, I would put my life on that wager.

You're not going to find a more affordable experienced lawyer! Rudy not only got my case dismissed he also filed for the sealing of the case on my behalf! Every step of the case he was open to every question and was very good at explaining in a way i can understand. He is amazing at his job. In 2008 I needed an expungement done on my record and she was not only able to grant me this but she handled it well and gave no problems. However, I don't know what happend with the people that gave her one star. That's unfortunate if the quality of her services went downhill after 2008! Lastly, due to her doing this, I've had no issues with applying for jobs since nor issues with background checks, criminal or otherwise.

My dogs were taken away by OC Animal Care on a false claim and even though we were told I wouldn't be able to get them back to our family she brought our family together and got our babies home. She called me back right away. Was not willing to negotiate fee and wanted $500 upfront to write a letter. Her website states responsible rates and payment plans I was not given that option. When someone is in trouble it is not unheard of they need help NOW Ms.Sena said if I couldn't pay $500 today I should do it myself I wouldn't be calling her if I could.
