Newman & Allen was great help to my legal issues. The whole team works their best to help me out and is always there for me if I am worried or had any questions. In times of Uncertainties , you need a Law firm that is going to give you the best legal representation for your situation and problem. This law firm does just that. They respect a person with no judgment and really puts forth an effort to get the best legal defense for you. I really don't think the money is top priority for them because they are willing to work with you. JC and her Team are amazing!! I had 2 cases from different counties and they were still able to represent me even if it wasn’t from the county I live in. I cannot recommend this team of legal experts enough!!!! Please give them a call! They were incredible. Anna Torres was the sweetest most informative person I have spoken to regarding my case. She went above and beyond to steer me in the right direction with such knowledgeable and educated responses. They actually care about their clients, and are truly there to help. They didn’t want my money for what ended up being half an hour long conversation on the phone my first call. I called several cookie-cutter lawyers who don’t care about your problem and just want your money who do not care about giving you their time...it wasn’t until I was referred to Newman and Allen LLP by a friend. My gosh I can’t recommend this legal team enough. Thank you for making me feel like I mattered. Thank you for taking the time. Alejandro handled my criminal case. I was looking at a lot of time and he fought for me for over a year and a half , And got me the best possible outcome. Alex is simply the BEST. He is knowledgeable, giving, supportive, and informative. He knows the laws and how to apply them to each case, plus he actually cares immensely about his clients. In truth, they are not just clients to him, they are people that need help and he does everything he can to see that they get the help that is needed. My son was a very special case (mental health) and Alex was there with us every step of the way. Not once did I feel lost or alone, he kept us informed of every step and was always available to us. I came here So they can help me out with a traffic ticket The lawyer from the 1st office on the left when You walk Inside the building He told me To wait outside the building For 5 minutes I stayed 45 minutes Thinking He's going to help me I press the buttons For the 2nd time After 45 minutes of waiting He decided To ignore me And not Update me Of why hes taken so long I paid for the parking Metre For one hour So I had to Walk back to my car 2 blocks Down by the Court house To bring my car And Park it Front of their office By then It's been one hour Came back to See if he can Still help me by then Decided not to help me At all He stopped Answering The Door I pressed the button 3 times No answer Really Still unprofessional Person Waste of time Going to wallin & klarich law Very very disappointed .

Called to get help with some traffic tickets. The receptionist told me to just do what the police said and call the number. I have tried calling several times with no answer, I need help. Now the due date has passed and I have additional problems. I am new to CA and the rules here.

I received a ticket for being in the exit lane too long. The lawyer was able to get the ticket dismissed. I didn't even have to show up in court. Service was very professional. I believe it was worth the money deducted biweekly. Would definitely recommend to someone in a similar circumstance.

I could not have hired a better law firm to represent me in my Child Dependency case. Child Dependency cases are very unique in the way they are structured and things move very quickly. With so much riding on the outcome of the case I knew that the law firm we chose and the attorney that we were assigned could make the difference in me getting to raise my child or the county seeking foster care. Mr. Wallin is the type of advocate you want on your side in a case like this or any other. He genuinely cared and was going to see to it that the court and other attorneys were going to see things our way which was the just way. My son received a speeding ticket in Moreno Vally going 95 mph on the freeway. Unfortunately he did not qualify for traffic school at that speed. We hired Sam Camp to represent us at court. Mr Camp was able to negotiate the ticket down to 88 mph which allowed my son to go to traffic school and not have any points on his dmv driving record. This was our original goal in the first place! Mr. Camp was very good with communication and took his time answering all of our questions. Hiring this firm was the best thing we ever did. Mr. Donath was incredibly efficient in his job! He explained things to be clearly and was really kind. Not only was he nice but also reliable. Sometimes his assistants got busy and their replies were slow via email but they all did reply quickly via phone. He obviously his very good at his job and he will achieve your goals. Graham is a great lawyer I was recommended from a friend he really helped who was fighting 25 plus years but he beat his case, in my eyes he’s the best! He was always very responsive and made sure to get all the details he needed to beat my case. The DA was trying to at first give me time, then wanted to put me on probation for 3 years but I couldn’t accept that because it would ruin my career. So with great communication and persistence Graham got my case dismissed with a small fine and community service. Read this. I got in serious trouble with the law thanks to a mental disability. I was convicted of a felony and a year later relapsed and violated my felony probation. The violation was such a bummer because if it didn’t happen my felony conviction would have been reduced to a misdemeanor upon completing probation. Needless to say I needed a good lawyer. My parents found Mr. Kia while I was in jail. Long story short, Kia managed to keep me out of state prison and after completing probation he was able to get my felony record expunged! I’m so thankful to him and his team. If you can handle his blunt personality he will do a great job for you as he did for me. I now work at a place that declined me, before, due to my record. God is good. Do yourself a big favor and hire Mr. Kia as your lawyer.

I stumbled upon Kia Law Firm when doing my due diligence for a case involving a close family member. Right away, you could tell Kia was different from other defense attorneys, although he is incredibly knowledgeable, calming and reassuring (all traits a great lawyer should have), the thing that stuck out most for me was his level of sincerity. Now I know, that most attorneys do, in some way, care about their clients, but it is certainly not a given and there are certainly varying levels of ‘caring’. But with Kia, I never once had a doubt that he genuinely wanted the best outcome for my family. More importantly, that is exactly what we got! An outcome we sincerely did not even dream was possible. Attorney Manuel J. Barba is extreamly versed in the DUI laws and the courts here in Riverside county. I can speak from personal expirience that he shows up to his clients court dates and represents his clients in a proffesional yet vigourous manner. If your freedom is valuable to you as mine is to me then your fee should not be the deciding factor in the decision to seek the best representation. He also let me pay in 3 installments which helped. I will not disclose my case but just know; I felt as if I would be in a far worst situation had I not been represented by Mr. Barba.

They assisted me with my bankruptcy. They were very detail oriented, kept me in the loop through every step of the process and made me feel very comfortable through an uncomfortable period in my life. I have to start off by saying that how proffestional Hirji and his whole team is. When ever I have any problems I have reached out to only them because I trust them all the way!!! They are also very organized and look at your case on a microscope level. Before reaching out to David and Angela I reached out to some other lawyers but honestly it’s was a waste of time.
